It is reported that the Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology is facing the prominent bottlenecks in the development of 16 important industrial chains such as automobiles and intelligent manufacturing equipment, encouraging enterprises to overcome and solve a number of "card neck" problems such as key components, material processes, and new product research and development, and adopting competitive projects, directional entrustment and other ways to unveil and support enterprises.
As a fuel cell expert and a leading enterprise in the hydrogen energy industry in Hubei Province, in the past 10 years since its establishment, Zhongyu Power has fully mastered the core technology of hydrogen fuel cells, maintained a leading edge in stack design and development, core component research and development and localization, control strategy development, etc., and built advanced stack and system mass production lines.
As the only hydrogen energy industry project in more than 50 projects in this batch, Zhongyu Fuel Cell R&D and Production Base will focus on the research and development and industrialization of fuel cell core components around "core breakthrough, autonomy and scale", carry out the development of core components in the whole process of manufacturing process and automation equipment, and build an automated stack assembly line and a flexible production line of fuel cell system based on the application of specified scenarios. The project construction period is three years, and it is expected to achieve an annual output of 20,000 stacks and 10,000 battery systems with intelligent production capacity after completion.
Hubei Tiangao Steel Bridge Company is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in the standardized manufacturing of orthogonal heterosexual steel bridge panel units and the research and development, production and sales of special equipment for plate unit construction. In view of the worldwide problem of fatigue crack damage to the orthogonal heterosexual steel bridge deck of the steel structure bridge without effective solution, the company set up a professional technical research and development team to successfully develop the "orthogonal heterosexual steel bridge panel U-rib double-sided submerged arc welding fully penetration welding complete set of automation equipment and related supporting welding processes and construction methods".
After the fatigue test of the domestic authoritative scientific research institutions, the anti-fatigue performance of the welded joint produced by this technology has been greatly improved. Its related processes and equipment represent the advanced level of U-rib full penetration welding of bridges at home and abroad, and the equipment, technology and construction method have been successfully applied to more than 30 ultra-large steel structure bridges such as Jin'an Jinshajiang Bridge in Lijiang City, Jianghan Seven Bridges in Wuhan City, and Guiyang Yangbaoshan Special Bridge. The company will closely focus on the key processes of bridge manufacturing, carry out innovation and research of intelligent manufacturing processes and equipment, and strengthen the transformation and promotion and development of research results to achieve the goal of increasing production and efficiency.
