Recently, the Federation of Trade Unions of Gaogang District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, selected 30 outstanding innovative achievements of the whole district, and the relevant completers or leaders were awarded 4,000 yuan to 10,000 yuan in addition to the certificate.

Since May this year, the Gaogang District Federation of Trade Unions has taken the lead in carrying out the pilot work of "unveiling the leader" in the province's trade union system. "Unveiling the commander-in-chief" is divided into three steps: selecting the commander-in-chief, unveiling the commander-in-chief, and rewarding the meritorious deeds. According to the key core technologies, major products, major technical research and development tasks, bottleneck problems or technological transformation problems that need to be solved urgently, the enterprise forms a perfect project list, and issues a list to the enterprise or society through the way of heavy bounty and the form of factory affairs disclosure; the trade union encourages the labor model craftsmen and technical workers to unveil the list according to the list, compete for the lead, and take the lead in cracking the technical problems of the production line "card neck"; after the completion of the project according to the requirements, the participants will receive rewards.

The first batch of 10 enterprises participating in the pilot, a total of 12 lists were issued, covering nearly 70 various technical transformation problems that need to be solved. After the release of the list, skilled talents enthusiastically signed up and competed to "unveil the list".

Jiangsu Kangwei Century Biotechnology Co., Ltd. held a special R & D project "unveiling the leader" ceremony, the list released 16 key projects, all of which were successfully unveiled and signed a project responsibility letter. Employee Wang Jiawei enthusiastically unveiled the "Inactivated Virus Preservation Solution Project without Extraction". At the review meeting, he carefully explained the ideas of the plan, fought for the opportunity to take the lead, and successfully won the project by the vote of the review team. After 5 months of research, the project was successfully completed, which realized the rapid detection of new crown nucleic acid, greatly improved the timeliness, safety and detection rate of the test, and avoided cross-infection of samples during the extraction process. The results of the project have obtained 1 invention patent.

Since the launch of the "unveiling of the commander" activity, the Gaogang District Federation of Trade Unions has produced more than 40 various innovative achievements and inventions, many of which have been rated as the top ten scientific and technological innovation achievements and ten advanced operation methods of Taizhou employees.

"Stimulate the innovation potential of employees and help enterprises overcome technical problems." Shi Lianmei, chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Gaogang District, Taizhou City, said that "unveiling the list and taking command" has enabled a number of production technology problems to be intensively tackled, and a group of technical talents have been able to display their talents, enhancing the cohesion of enterprises and achieving a virtuous circle.

In the pilot, the Gaogang District Federation of Trade Unions also integrated the "energy level wage" consultation mechanism into the work of "unveiling the leader", and gave priority to the "unveiler" in terms of skill level assessment, post recruitment, job promotion, and evaluation of excellence. The innovative achievements and inventions and creations produced by the "unveiling of the commander-in-chief" will be included in the "Reserve Bank of Innovative Achievements" in the whole region, forming a database of employee technical achievements, so that enterprises with corresponding technical needs can share results through the purchase of services, further amplify the value effect, and achieve a win-win situation in which employees empower growth and enterprise innovation and development.
