Zheng Zhijun noted that Zeng Yan, a newly promoted member of the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial CPC Committee, has been clarified.
On December 6th, the 4th Lancang-Mekong International Film Week kicked off in Kunming, and a series of activities were carried out one after another. Zeng Yan attended and announced the opening of the Film Week as a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and director of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee.
Up to now, 13 provinces have completed the change, and a total of 52 people have become the "new faces" in the standing committee of the provincial party committee in this rotation. Of the 52 members, there are 6 female members of the Standing Committee, and Zeng Yan is one of them.
Zeng Yan, female, born in July 1969, 52 years old, Han ethnicity, born in Guangxi Beihai, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1992, on-the-job graduate degree, Bachelor of Arts.
According to public information, Zeng Yan graduated from Guangxi University with a major in Chinese language and literature in the Department of Chinese, and after graduation became a clerk in the General Office of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and since then to 2019, she has worked in Guangxi for 28 years.
During her work in Guangxi, she successively served as a section member of the General Office of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, a deputy director of the Third Secretariat, a director of the Third Secretariat, an assistant researcher of the Third Secretariat, a deputy director of the Nanning Municipal Tourism Bureau, a deputy director of the Production and Operation Department of the Guangxi Architectural Comprehensive Design and Research Institute, a director of the Science and Technology Quality Assurance Division, and a person in charge of the office, and the director of the Real Estate Management Department of the Construction Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
In October 2008, Zeng Yan served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Laibin Municipal Party Committee, director of the Publicity Department and vice mayor, and three years later, he was transferred to the Standing Committee of the Liuzhou Municipal Party Committee and the director of the Propaganda Department, and later concurrently served as the vice mayor of Liuzhou City.
In February 2013, Zeng Yan became deputy director of the Organization Department of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee, and in January 2018, she also served as the director of the Bureau of Veteran Cadres. In December 2019, Zeng Yan crossed the province to Yunnan and became the Party Secretary of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Yunnan Province.
On November 30 this year, the first plenary session of the 11th Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China elected the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, with Qiu Jiang, Cui Maohu, Li Shisong and Zeng Yan as the "new faces" of the Standing Committee, and Zeng Yan being the only female member of the Standing Committee.
Yunnan's tourism resources are very rich.
According to the official website of the Yunnan Provincial Government, Yunnan is very rich in tourism resources, and has built a number of tourist attractions featuring alpine valleys, modern glaciers, plateau lakes, stone forests, karst caves, volcanic geothermal heat, primitive forests, flowers, cultural relics and monuments, traditional gardens and ethnic minority customs.
There are 367 A-class tourist attractions in Yunnan, including 8 at 5A, 105 at 4A, 157 at 3A, 74 at 2A and 23 at 1A.
During his tenure as the head of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Yunnan Province, Zeng Yan made many arrangements for tourism work in Yunnan.
On June 22 this year, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Yunnan Province held a "video teleconference on the safety work of the province's cultural and tourism industry". Zeng Yan attended.
The above-mentioned meeting called for investigating the safety hazards of A-class tourist scenic spots, strengthening standardized operations, and preventing accidents and casualties; investigating the safety hazards of tourist passenger vehicles, accelerating the formation of a tourism market pattern of "regular society", "regular guidance" and "regular car", to ensure the safety of tourists during travel; checking food safety hazards, and reminding tourists to strictly prevent edible wild mushroom poisoning.
It is worth mentioning that in addition to paying attention to safety work, in recent years, Yunnan Province has made a heavy effort to rectify the order of the tourism market.
In April this year, Zeng Yan told Xinhua News Agency, "We can't do a hammer deal in tourism, we must use good word of mouth to win more repeat customers, so that tourists want to come again." ”
In recent years, the number of tourism complaints in Yunnan has decreased year by year, from 6th in the country in 2017 to 25th in 2019, and the 24-hour settlement rate of complaints is 99.9%.
Zeng Yan said that just like a person, when he is sick, he must be cured. After the treatment of the disease by fierce medicine, the order of the tourism market has improved significantly. The achievements are not easy to come by, reflecting Yunnan's determination and perseverance to maintain the order of the tourism market and reshape the new image of tourism.
Zheng Zhijun also noted that in April this year, when the "May Day" holiday was approaching, Zeng Yan and the person in charge of the Culture and Tourism Bureau of 16 prefectures and cities in Yunnan Province made a promise to the majority of tourists: "Any tourist who travels and shops in Yunnan has no reason to return for 30 days." We will strive to provide quality services, so that everyone's journey is beautiful and happy, colorful Yunnan, welcome to you."

Six of the 52 members of the Standing Committee are Zumureti Wubuli (born May 1965) from Xinjiang, Zhang Yingchun (born November 1970) from Hunan, Cai Lixin (born In October 1971) from Guangxi, Xia Yanjun (born in December 1963) from Hebei, Zeng Yan (born in July 1969) from Yunnan, and Hudagula (born In March 1967) from Inner Mongolia.
Among them, Cai Lixin of Guangxi is the youngest of the 6 people.
Cai Lixin has worked in Jiangsu for a long time, serving as the mayor of Huai'an City, the secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and went to Guangxi across provinces in February 2021, and later served as the vice chairman of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
On November 29, 2021, the first plenary session of the 12th Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Party of China was held, and the plenary session elected a new party committee team in Guangxi, and Cai Lixin was one of the "new faces".
Officials also mentioned that Cai Lixin has been appointed deputy secretary of the party group of the autonomous regional people's government.
In addition to Cai Lixin, there are also new female standing committee members whose positions have been clarified.
Zumureti Wubuli was appointed director of the United Front Work Department of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Party Committee, Xia Yanjun was appointed director of the United Front Work Department of the Hebei Provincial CPC Committee, and Hu Dagula was appointed director of the United Front Work Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee.
