In 2012, a person named Liu Xiaobo walked into Peng Feiyan's life, Liu Xiaobo grew up due to illness, resulting in serious deformation of his right hand and right foot, life is extremely inconvenient, living alone in Huimin Community, relying on low security and picking up rags for a living, because of the inconvenience of hands and feet, Liu Xiaobo can only cook simple meals; Peng Feiyan knows the situation, often visits her home, helps sort out housework, washes and cooks, and takes her to her home as a guest during the New Year's Festival, like treating her relatives. Peng Feiyan is very concerned about the orphans and disabled elderly with pneumoconiosis, and she often goes to the vegetable market to buy fresh ribs, chicken and other ingredients, and makes a nutritious soup for pneumoconiosis patients to send.
