author:Beijing News

Recently, Qinhu Lake, West Garden, WenyuHe Park, Beijing, welcomed a "new guest", a snow-white swan made its home here. The arrival of the swan brings a new scenery to the park, and it is also very adaptable to the environment of the new "home", sometimes leisurely combing feathers in the lake, sometimes lowering its long neck to forage in the water.

Since the completion and opening of Beijing Wenyuhe Park, the ecological environment has been continuously improved. At present, the Chaoyang section of Wenyu River Park is home to 210 species of birds, including egrets and silver gulls, as well as 136 species of terrestrial insects. In order to provide habitat space for small animals, Beijing Wenyuhe Park has also added a near-natural ecological forest of honey source and food source tree species.
