In the early morning of December 6, several elderly residents came to the Taoyuan North Road East Community Office to play chess and cards. The first thing the community's new "two committees" team did was to optimize office space. At present, the people-friendly transformation has been completed, the office space is smaller, and the shared space of residents has become larger.
On November 5, the newly appointed director Bo Zhenxiao came to the Taoyuan North Road East Community and walked around the office space several times, feeling that the space with an area of more than 350 square meters had not been effectively utilized. Subsequently, she visited the district and found many residents complaining about the lack of indoor activity rooms in the community. To this end, Director Bo consulted with community cadres and decided to implement a people-friendly transformation of the office space.
After fully collecting the opinions of residents, Director Bo decided to readjust the functions of each office. The original conference room was multi-purpose and became a civilized practice station and a cultural and sports recreation room; the director's office was transformed into a social work service room; and the idle office was also fully utilized to become a party building work room, a worry relief studio, a volunteer studio, and so on. The community has also equipped facilities such as psychological sand tables, tables, chairs and benches to expand the shared space of residents. Then, the community began to organize various activities. Last week, the Community Book Club was established at the Civilization Practice Station. Elderly residents who like to play chess and cards are no longer at home cat winter, and they like to go around the community when there is nothing to do.
Communities change, and residents feel it the most. Liu Da Niang said: "After the transformation, the community is popular, many people will go around when they have nothing to do, not only can leisure and entertainment, but also chat with neighbors, and the distance between them is much closer." ”
