Weimei Motan is a key rural revitalization project in Anhui Province, creating leisure and tourism agriculture through "turning resources into assets and farmers into shareholders". Ming Wei, the head of the office of the project contractor, has been rooted here for nearly 3 years. "When I first arrived, the infrastructure in the village was backward, wet and cold in winter, and surrounded by mosquitoes in summer." Mingwei recalls.

For several years, this beautiful post-90s girl gave up the high heels she loved to wear, often and colleagues to expand the water system, dredge, carry out rain sewer pipe transformation, and go deep into the poplar forest, starting from the most basic dimensional measurement and data collection, hiking nearly 10 kilometers a day. In summer, the arm is often scratched by branches.

When Mingwei first entered the house to explain the prospects of the project, the villagers also muttered privately: "This little girl is so young, can you explain it?" Mingwei was a little aggrieved in her heart, but she was not discouraged and patiently explained to the villagers, "After the completion of the project, it can promote the employment of villagers, and each household participates in the project and has a corresponding dividend." In the past three years, the project construction has been fruitful, and the village's collective economic income has increased from 16,000 yuan in 2018 to 932,000 yuan last year. The villagers also moved to nearby resettlement houses.

"As a young party member, I will preach to the villagers the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the rural revitalization policy." During this time, Mingwei was busy with office work and project reception, but she never left behind the concentrated study of the company's party branch. She and her colleagues repeatedly read the "Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party's Century-Long Struggle" and wrote down in the book "Keeping firmly in mind the principle of empty talk misleading the country and rejuvenating the country through hard work, establishing a sense of home and country that does not live up to the people," pursuing a lofty ideological realm, and enhancing excellent ability to take responsibility."

In the past few days, the two sisters of Shi Le and Shi Lu after 95 have been busy harvesting quinoa. The two grew up in Licaigou Village, Xijing Town, Shangdu County, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia, and after graduating from university, they returned to their hometown to start a business.

However, most people in the village were not optimistic about Shi Le's decision, and her father Shi Ruiguang was the first to stand up against it, "A girl's family does farm work, and the soil is rustic." Villagers also commented: "After graduating from college and returning to the village to cultivate land, it is not as good as us." Shi Le has her own ideas, and she plans to transfer the land on a large scale and carry out mechanized planting.

She went door to door to talk to the villagers about this, but many villagers felt that Shi Le was too young to persevere. The village party secretary supported Shi Le and came forward to guarantee it. The planting area has expanded from more than 70 mu of land in Shile's own family to more than 200 mu. Farming was more arduous and complicated than Shi Le had expected, and in the first year, due to insufficient watering, half of the seeds did not germinate. "I was terrified, and I was very worried about losing all my money." She recalled.

There are two rows of agricultural books on the shelves of Shi Lejia, and she has participated in training many times to accumulate skills. In 2020, she got a low-interest loan of 490,000 yuan from the bank and purchased machinery and equipment such as harvesters and lawn mowers. Today, the two sisters have planted more than 2,000 acres of land, including quinoa, sunflower, corn and other crops, and raised more than 400 sheep.

Shi Le said that his entrepreneurship is inseparable from the help of villagers. When the farmers are busy, she hires the farmers in the village to work, work diligently, and earn more than 300 yuan a day. These days, Shi Le is studying the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China online, and she has read the phrase "well-off is not well-off, the key is to see fellow countrymen" many times.

From poverty alleviation to rural revitalization, He Jiqing, a young man in Gansu, has always inspired himself with the motto of "do more practical things and do more difficult things".

The first stop of his work was the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Station in Erxiang Town, Liangdang County, Longnan City. Coinciding with the county's vigorous development of the ecological free-range chicken industry, he circled the chicken coop every day, made chicken raising technology videos and manuals, rode a motorcycle to various villages to vaccinate the chickens, and guided breeding skills.

After learning that the cost of buying deheated chicken seedlings by farmers was high, he gave full play to the strength of young people who love to study, converted the abandoned cowshed into a deheated greenhouse, and guided farmers to deheat chicken seedlings and reduce breeding costs.

In recent years, Liangdang County has proposed a three-dimensional agricultural development model of "medicine underground, fruit on trees, bees in the air, chickens in the forest, flowers in all seasons, guests in the village, fish in the water, and mushrooms in the shed", which made He Jiqing, a front-line technician, realize that "the countryside is vast and the youth have great potential." ”

In 2018, Liangdang County Green Fumin Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was established to undertake the development and operation of the county's agricultural characteristic industries, and He Jiqing took the initiative to invite Miao to join the company. This young man observed that with the development of the industry, many farmers have become independent in breeding technology, and he wants to further transform. He regained his knowledge of sales, accounting and e-commerce, processed and produced cooked food products such as roast chicken, and sold them on e-commerce platforms. With the efforts of him and his colleagues, the company has integrated 60 cooperatives in the county and represented 95 products.
