Tan Ning, male, born in October 1979, deputy director of the Yinhang Subdistrict Office in Yangpu District, Shanghai, and a member of the Standing Committee and deputy county magistrate of Lazi County, Shigatse City, Tibet.
Last year, Lazi County achieved a cultural tourism income of more than 40 million yuan and the number of tourists exceeded 100,000, and the people of Lazi county got greater benefits and a better life through the cultural tourism industry. At present, Lazi has become an important stop on the "Ring Everest Tour" route, and the cultural tourism industry has steadily become a new engine for the development of the county. Such results made Tan Ning, a cadre aiding Tibet, feel enriched and pleased.
Lazi County is an important hub of Shigatse and has been given an important position as the future western center of Shigatse and the sub-center of the city. After Tan Ning went to Tibet, he felt that Lazi was developing rapidly, but the industrial structure was still relatively single. In this regard, he went deep into the grassroots to dig out and sort out local cultural resources, and formed a research report on strengthening the development of the cultural tourism industry. Building a good "Everest Tour Outpost" is his greatest wish.
The finishing touch of the "5,000 km golden spot"
Qianggong Village, Resa Township, Lazi County, is adjacent to National Highway 318, where there is a conspicuous monument that suggests that it is 5,000 kilometers away from Shanghai People's Square. This is the only way to visit the Everest Base Camp tour area, where backpackers often choose to stop and punch in. Tan Ning said that Lazi County has the potential to take the "5,000-kilometer golden spot" as the core to attract tourists to "get off the bus to see, rest for one night, and leisure travel for a day" before heading to Mount Everest.
Lazi Cultural Tourism is rich in resources, with humanistic characteristics represented by national intangible cultural heritage such as "heap harmonic" culture and natural landscapes represented by the Brahmaputra River. However, these high-quality resources are little known to outsiders and it is difficult to access the cultural tourism market.
To this end, Tanning actively promoted local investment, construction of roads, water conservancy and service facilities, and improvement of infrastructure conditions. Qianggong Village has become a demonstration "well-off village", which is renovating traditional characteristic houses, renovating and upgrading parking service points, and building visitor centers. In the future, hot springs in Xiqin Township, Lazi County will be introduced to build high-quality hotels and boutique homestays.
Focus on the most distinctive "future industry"

Pudawa, who is rare in ancient times, is the inheritor of the Tibetan knife making process. The Tibetan knife he made is hand-hammered and exquisitely carved, full of original and simple charm. In order to help the Tibetan knife products expand the market, Tan Ning communicated with Pudawa many times and found a professional team for him to renovate the Tibetan knife packaging and brand design. At tanning's warm invitation, Pudawa opened a training class on Tibetan knife making and an "open class", which is not only a platform for inheriting crafts, but also a channel for popularizing and displaying to the public.
Donga, a young man with glasses, is a famous zaviour artist in The Township of Resa. He learned to play the piano at the age of 14, and with the support of Shanghai's Tibet Aid Fund, he established the Yangde Zanian Cooperative, which produced and sold all kinds of Zha Nian, that is, the Tibetan six-stringed qin (also known as the horse head qin), and also taught the art of the piano to the outside world. Made of poplar and walnut wood, The Zha Nian Qin is priced from 4,000 yuan to 10,000 yuan, and the proportion of online sales accounts for 40%. Dunga has also set up a live streaming account, which has attracted a large number of fans.
Tunga's violin-making workshop is close to Qianggong Village. He looks forward to playing on the stage of the "5,000-kilometer Golden Spot" of National Highway 318 in the future, showing traditional violin-making skills such as carving and painting.
Establish a "living" cultural ecological reserve
At present, Lazi County has organized the declaration of a Cultural and Ecological Reserve at the level of the Tibet Autonomous Region.
In order to excavate the historical heritage of Lazi, Tanning invited experts from Beijing, Lhasa and Shigatse to set foot in the depths of the mountains several times to visit the ruins of ancient monuments, in order to explore a site, look for an ancient tree, climb the hill with no way to follow, and jump over the babbling stream. On a hill more than 4,000 meters above sea level in The Township of Resa, they explored the ruins of a Beacon Fort. Tan Ning said: "There is no road on the mountain, and there is a lack of oxygen, so I stared at my feet the whole time, climbed up the mountain and looked down to find that it was so steep and dangerous. ”
Through digging and combing bit by bit, more intangible cultural heritage techniques, folklore, red memories, and ancient tree stone carvings reveal their true faces. Tan Ning led the compilation of books such as "Lazi Dui Harmony", "Lazi Folk Tales" and "Lazi Intangible Cultural Heritage Atlas". It is conceivable that in the future, these atlases will be placed at the head of the hotel bed, vividly telling the cultural heritage of Lazi County to tourists from all over the world.
