Following the acquisition of Indian film soundtrack label Think Music, Believe recently acquired a 15% stake in Philippine label Viva Music and Artists Group (VMAG) for about $26.03 million on Beleve, completing the deal on December 2.
As a subsidiary of Viva Holdings, Viva Music and Artists Group includes Viva Records and Vicor Music. The former is one of the fastest growing emerging musician labels in the Philippines and the latter is known as "the oldest and richest library of past music in the Philippines".
