Founded in 2010 by two-time tennis Grand Slam doubles champion Zheng Jie, the "Zheng Jie Cup" tournament began to be promoted to the whole country in 2015, and has become a favorite event for young tennis players across the country. This year's competition set up four sub-stations in Beijing, Tai'an, Shenzhen and Dongguan, and the top 12 players in the four categories of U8, U10, U12 and U14 entered the final finals after the sub-race.

The final adopts the format of "group round robin + knockout round", each group of 12 players is divided into 4 groups, the top 2 qualify, and the quarterfinals stage adopts a knockout round until the final champion is decided. After two fierce competition days, Du Mengdi and Shen Shangxuan won the U8 level men's and women's championships respectively; in the U10 level, Liu Yichen and Nie Mengtong defeated their respective opponents and won the men's and women's championships; the U12 level men's and women's champions were won by Lu Hanshu and Shi Jinling respectively, and in the U14 level group with the highest level of competition, Chen Ningfan and Li Yuyao won the men's and women's championships respectively.
Zheng Jie, the founder of the tournament, said that this year's "Zheng Jie Cup" players have significantly improved their participation level than before, many small players from the first stop to the finals, there have been obvious progress in technology, psychology and other aspects, and some players will "Zheng Jie Cup" as their debut in tennis competitions, here to learn more experience in the game.
