According to Wuzhong Daily, on November 30, the sixth committee of the Communist Party of China in Wuzhong Held its first plenary meeting to elect a new leading body of the municipal party committee. By secret ballot, the members, secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Standing Committee of the Sixth Committee of Wuzhong City of the Communist Party of China were elected. Xu Yao, Wang Xuejun, Wang Wei, Xie Feng, Gao Jianbo, Li Min, Wang Haiyan, Pan Jianning, Gong Xuefei, Ding Jiancheng, and Chen Hong were elected as members of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Xu Yao was elected secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Wang Xuejun and Wang Wei were elected as deputy secretaries of the Municipal Party Committee.
Among them, Gong Xuefei, the new member of the Standing Committee of the Wuzhong Municipal Party Committee, previously served as the secretary of the Yanchi County Party Committee.
According to the official resume, Gong Xuefei, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1983, from Jiangshan, Zhejiang, with a postgraduate degree, joined the Communist Party of China in December 2003.
Gong Xuefei served as the secretary of the office of Ningxia University, the deputy director of the archives of Ningxia University, the director of the Education Supervision Office of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Government, the director (director) of the Higher Education Department (Degree Committee Office) of the Autonomous Region Education Department, the deputy secretary of the Education Working Committee of the Autonomous Region, the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Autonomous Region, etc. In September 2020, he was appointed as the acting county governor of Yanchi County and was elected as the county chief in January 2021.
In March 2021, two months after being appointed as the county magistrate of Yanchi County, Gong Xuefei took office as the new secretary of the county party committee.
In October 2021, the Ningxia Party Committee went to Wuzhong City to inspect the change of term and issued a "Announcement on the Objects of Inspection of Candidates to be Promoted in Wuzhong City", which publicized the 21 candidates to be promoted or further used in the leadership team of Wuzhong City. Among them, Gong Xuefei, then secretary of the Yanchi County CPC Committee (deputy department level), was included in the 18 candidates for the deputy position of the leadership team to be promoted or further used (including the difference candidates).
