At the same time, combined with the actual experience of editing the magazine, he also made suggestions for the existing problems of the magazine. He believes that in order to gradually standardize this internal journal, it is necessary to ensure that the total number of pages of each issue of the magazine does not exceed the requirements of the regulations, grasp the length of the article and the focus of the report content, and the editor's manuscript should strictly follow the format specifications of the manuscript and further control the quality of the picture.
Zhang Xuehong is responsible for the preparation, operation and maintenance of the association's website, he concluded: The association website updated a total of 205 articles last year, including 107 articles of the association dynamics, 68 member dynamics, 20 industry dynamics, 6 professional guides, and 4 issues of magazine electronic journals. Regarding the future work plan, Zhang Xuehong proposed that he would strive for the normal and smooth operation of the website and further strengthen the interlinking work of friendly units.

At the same time, the association should further strengthen the internal and external connections, open up communication channels for external new media platforms, actively contribute to external media, and expand the influence and appeal of the association. In addition, it is necessary to continue to strengthen the student editing team, encourage the correspondents of member units to participate more, exercise the ability of news reporting, and organize centralized training if conditions permit, so that the composition of the editorial team is more diverse and form a sustained high-quality content output.

Zhu Yuzhen, director of the Technical Expert Committee, believes that the improvement of the influence of the association is inseparable from the efforts of the editorial experts, we must pay attention to the experts of the association who have special skills, encourage everyone to write technical articles, complete a professional short article or paper within two years and selectively log out on the three major platforms, which is very beneficial to enrich the professional knowledge of the security industry. At the same time, the technical review draft should be approved by the expert group to ensure the professionalism of the industry.
Qian Zhen, director of the Group Standards Committee, agreed with this, pointing out that encouraging member units to submit articles can become one of the key directions for promoting the later work, and the experts' documents also need to be included in the assessment indicators, thereby improving everyone's enthusiasm, and the later stage needs to specifically discuss the establishment of a professional and technical article review team to check the matters.
Secretary General Wang Kunquan agreed with the suggestions put forward by everyone, and pointed out that the orderly development of the three platforms of the association is inseparable from the long-term support of experts and editors, and it is necessary to commend excellent editors in order to better promote and do a good job in daily editing work. Expand the content of the column according to the general environment, and at the same time increase the composition with connotation and scientific and technological content, so as to achieve both pictures and texts, improve the quality and readability of the magazine; second, expand the source of receipts, face the grass-roots level and enterprises, mobilize enterprise correspondents, organize training, and strengthen exchanges between correspondents. The person in charge of the three platforms can collect excellent materials from enterprises, discover highlights, reorganize and publish manuscripts, and help enterprises do a good job in publicity work; third, while further strengthening the interconnection of the three platforms, it is also necessary to enhance the connection with external media, "one fish eats more" and "one draft is used", improve the quality of text, and clarify the specifications for publication.
