Carragher and former Reds midfielder Roy Keane recently got into an argument over Cristiano Ronaldo's return to Old Trafford. The former believed that the signing of the Portuguese was to help Manchester United win the Premier League title, while the latter disagreed.
Paul Inns supported Roy Keane's view by highlighting the differences between players such as Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo from other players. According to him, the pair were great for the legendary duo because they got their team out of trouble, not just because they won the championship.

Paul Inns further claimed that United's problem was not Cristiano Ronaldo but their midfielder, adding that Portugal's signing did not guarantee winning the Premier League.
