1. Sampling time and place

The sampling time of this urban and rural nucleic acid test is from 7:00 to 19:00 on December 4, 2021. The specific sampling time and place shall be notified and arranged by the street (community), township (village), farm (management area) and relevant units.

3. Relevant requirements and precautions

1. When participating in the nucleic acid collection, the majority of residents are requested to collect the nucleic acid test receipt from the on-site staff, and pay attention to the safekeeping, as the basic voucher for travel after the adjustment of the control policy in the community.

2. During the collection of nucleic acids, keep the personnel "in place" and implement local collection. Household sampling is conducted for key groups of people, and other groups of people are sampled in batches at designated locations in different periods. People living and working outside the community such as hotels and stores are all included in the scope of testing.

3. Before participating in the sampling, please bring your ID card or a mobile phone that can show the Longjiang health code. To wear the mask correctly, press the metal strips on both sides of the nose so that the upper end of the mask is attached to the bridge of the nose.

4. When queuing, pay attention to maintaining a distance of more than 1.5 meters between people, do not gather, do not talk.

5. When sampling, first scan the code of ID card or Longjiang health code, hold the ID card or mobile phone in both hands on the chest, and accept the scanning code of the collector. Do not contact the collector on id cards or mobile phones, do not put them on the table, and avoid cross-infection.

6. When the front subject wears a mask after sampling and the medical staff cotton swab is taken out, the person in the back quickly removes the mask, tilts his head back, opens his mouth to make an "ah" sound, fully exposes the throat, wears a mask immediately after collection, leaves the collection point, and does not stay.

7. After returning home, hand hygiene is very important, adhere to the use of seven steps of healthy hand washing to prevent and reduce the spread of the virus.

8. In the process of sampling, they should obey the command and actively cooperate, and the public security organs will strictly pursue the responsibility of those who refuse to cooperate, do not support the nucleic acid sampling and testing work, disrupt the order, conceal, lie, or falsify information.
