On November 19, at the New Era Civilization Practice Station of Atong Khan Community in Hutubi Town, Hutubi County, Wang Guizhen, president of the "Atong Khan" Volunteer Association in Hutubi County, preached the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to residents.

Wang Guizhen told the story of Aytila Khan Baahun. Aytila Khan was an elderly man living alone, with her husband dying for many years and having no children. Once the elderly were hospitalized due to illness, community cadres and volunteers took turns to accompany them in the hospital.
After Aytila Khan was discharged from the hospital, her neighbors also took the initiative to visit. "We live in a community, it's a family. You help me, I help you, this is the warmth of home. Wang Guizhen said.
Wang Guizhen has been helping the needy people around her for decades, and everyone affectionately calls her "Atong Khan", which means "heart like gold".
Today, the "Atong Khan" Volunteer Service Corps has 267 detachments, covering 29 fields such as medical treatment, education, law, and disability assistance, and 26,000 registered volunteers.
