In order to further strengthen the prevention and control of the epidemic in border port cities, strictly implement the prevention and control strategy of "external prevention of import, internal prevention and rebound", and effectively reduce the risk of epidemic transmission, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

All persons entering and leaving Aihui District are required to provide a valid nucleic acid test negative certificate for 48 hours. Personnel arriving in Aihui District, without a negative certificate of effective nucleic acid test, implement "landing inspection", and shall not flow at will before the test results are released, and be transferred to the designated isolation point for observation, and after the results are negative, the corresponding control measures will be implemented according to the risk level.
