On the morning of November 26, the Municipal Landscape and Forestry Bureau of the Zhengdong New District Management Committee organized and entrusted Jiangsu Modern Asset Investment Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to invite experts from relevant industries to form an assessment team to carry out the annual performance appraisal and evaluation of the scientific avenue section of the comprehensive pipe corridor (Phase I) of the Baisha Park in Zhengdong New District.
The Comprehensive Pipe Corridor (Phase I) Project of Baisha Park in Zhengdong New District is the first PPP project in Zhengdong New District, and the first national key project to be implemented after Zhengzhou was selected as a pilot city for the national underground comprehensive pipe corridor. The main body of the government implementation of the project is the Zhengdong New District Municipal Garden Bureau, the specific investment and construction is implemented by Henan Donglong Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd., and the total length of the pipe corridor is 17.5 kilometers. The comprehensive pipe corridor of Science Avenue participating in the assessment is 6.765 kilometers, and the pipelines in the corridor include water supply, reclaimed water, heat, electricity, communication and gas and some sewage pipelines.
Since the operation of the Science Avenue section of the Comprehensive Pipe Corridor (Phase I) project in Baisha Park on August 27, 2020, Henan Donglong Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd. has adopted the mode of modern intelligent operation and maintenance and used BIM+GIS technology to conduct a 3D preview of the facilities and equipment of the pipe corridor, including viewing the operating status of mechanical and electrical equipment, the environmental status of the corridor, the number of pipelines in the corridor, equipment fault statistics, comprehensive energy consumption and operation quality.
The operated sections are strictly operated in accordance with the requirements of documents such as the operation plan and the operation instructions of the underground comprehensive pipe corridor, and the 24-hour uninterrupted control is carried out, and the pipelines in the corridor are currently in good operation.
