Yellow letter suspected of threatening letter (Wenhui Network)

Overseas Network, November 28 -- Recently, a number of judges, judicial officers and politicians in Hong Kong have received threatening letters with powder and rotten meat. New People's Party (NDP) No. 1 candidate for direct election in the Western Region of Hong Kong Island and Chairman of the New People's Party , Ip Lau Suk-yee , received two yellow letters within a week suspected of intimidation and has called the police for help. The police criticized the behavior of outlaws in sending threatening letters to be sneaky and childish.

According to a report by the Hong Kong Wenhui Network on the 28th, Hong Kong rioters have constantly tried to influence the election through illegal means. Recently, Ye Liu Shuyi posted on social media that she returned home after completing the publicity campaign in the evening and found that she had received a yellow letter suspected of being a threatening letter again, and its return address was the same as the letter received earlier. She stressed that although she had been targeted by intimidation, it would not hinder or shake her electoral work and determination, and said that she had called the police for help and handed it over to the police.

Recently, a number of judges, judicial personnel and politicians in Hong Kong have received threatening letters with powder and rotten flesh, and a Taiwan rioter who calls himself "Ho Huan Xi" "admits responsibility" on social platforms. Sources revealed that the police have grasped the true identity of "He Huanxi" and believe that he is a young man surnamed Fan, nicknamed "Mango", who once followed Joshua Wong, a Hong Kong rioter, and is a former member of the "Student And People's Thought Trend" of the chaotic Hong Kong organization. Fan later joined an online organization in Taiwan, made extreme remarks on various social platforms, and claimed to study social sciences at a University in Taiwan.

In response to the recent successive threatening letters received by judges and candidates for the Legislative Council election, Hong Kong Police Commissioner Siu Tak-yi said that the illegal act of sending threatening letters by lawbreakers was severely condemned, which was not only sneaky but also very childish, and the case had been referred to the Organised Crime and Triad Investigation Bureau for follow-up, and it was not convenient to disclose the details at this stage.

He stressed that the police will pay close attention to the development of the situation, and carry out online and offline intelligence collection, will certainly make every effort to pursue the case, no matter where the perpetrator is, whether there is a party in Hong Kong or not, the police will certainly follow up seriously and strictly enforce the law.
