Strengthen organizational leadership and vigorously grasp the implementation of work. The county public security bureau has established a leading group headed by the principal leader of the bureau, with other members of the bureau's party committee as deputy leaders, and the heads of traffic police brigades and police stations as members. At the same time, a special work class was set up to carry out the "five major actions" in a solid and effective manner to ensure that the action achieved tangible results.
Strengthen publicity and education to enhance safety awareness. Combined with the ongoing "one difficulty and two chaos" governance work, focusing on road traffic safety knowledge and laws and regulations, through face-to-face publicity, playing warning films, distributing color pages, hanging banners, sending text messages and other forms, the five major actions of traffic safety governance were widely publicized in key sections of squares, shopping malls and other key sections with large personnel flow, and more than 1,000 copies of publicity materials were distributed. Carried out 6 times of "five advances" publicity and education, carried out full staff training and warning education for key groups such as "two passengers and one danger" in the county, school buses, taxi drivers, etc., received education and conducted traffic safety knowledge tests for 81 people, persuaded more than 150 people to ride electric vehicles without wearing safety helmets, and the United County Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau persuaded the county to park 310 motor vehicles indiscriminately.
Strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers and promote the improvement of rectification. Establish and improve the responsibility system for the investigation and management of road traffic safety hazards, eliminate traffic safety hazards to the greatest extent; establish and improve the implementation mechanism for the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, comprehensively implement the "road chief system", implement leadership packages and cadres to pack roads, implement wall chart operations, fully implement the responsibility of investigation and governance, and check a total of 8 road traffic safety hidden dangers; jointly with relevant departments to carry out large-scale investigation and rectification of traffic safety hazards in the county's "two passengers and one dangerous cargo", taxis and postal, express delivery, takeaway and other enterprises Analyze the traffic accidents that have occurred in the past three years, find out the hidden danger risk points, and urge the relevant responsible units to rectify within a limited time.
Strengthen traffic management and build a solid line of defense. Establish and improve the road traffic safety hierarchical management responsibility system, implement the four-level traffic safety management road chief system in which the party committee members are responsible for the overall responsibility, and the party committee members bao area and the traffic police brigade squadron lead the bao township and the police bao road section, and fully implement the road traffic safety control measures; the police of the dispatch bureau organ strengthen the police force to meet the police force, so that all roads in the jurisdiction can see the police cars and see the police lights; accelerate the promotion of the rural tractor, motorcycle, electric vehicle lighting project, mobilize volunteers to assist the traffic police in important road sections and time periods to dissuade pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles from running red lights, Driving and riding electric vehicles without wearing helmets, illegally carrying people and other illegal acts, and constantly enhancing the masses' awareness of civilized traffic.
Strengthen road surface improvement and guard safety barriers. Keeping a close eye on key road sections such as the transit section of the G312 line, normalizing the organization of drunk driving night inspections and rural van overcrowding and centralized rectification; focusing on key vehicles such as "two passengers and one dangerous cargo", analyzing the laws and characteristics of road traffic accidents, strictly investigating and punishing traffic violations by adding mobile checkpoints and joint law enforcement, and severely cracking down on illegal traffic violations by the Joint Traffic Bureau; imposing top penalties for all kinds of traffic violations, resolutely finding them together, investigating and punishing them together, Motorcycles and electric vehicles that do not wear safety helmets are prohibited from driving on the road, party members and public officials who have serious traffic violations are copied to the Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Commission, and uncivilized traffic phenomena such as random parking and littering and typical illegal cases are resolutely exposed, and a total of 1203 traffic violations of various types are investigated and punished.
