The owner of the house in this case is the chief supervising engineer who has won the National Quality Project Gold Award, and the requirements for design, construction and raw material suppliers are naturally relatively high, and the design effect and budget control are very rational. The contract details are more rigorous, each item is very careful, and our design contract has been very finely supplemented and adjusted, so that this legal firm considers a very professional contract to be used to this day. But at that time, when our project was saturated, we rejected the "troublesome" owner three times.

Original space
The house is a commercial house, originally used as an office, the old community is old and damaged, and the problem of floor height in some places is particularly depressed. And in addition to the living balcony on the other side facing south, most of the other spaces are facing north, and the lighting is affected by the lack of brightness in the house.

After the demolition, the exposed walls, red bricks, and the industrial elements that the owners of the cast iron pipe house wanted were all there.

Intersect and level
The entrance hall is the starting point of the home, where a top-of-the-line storage cabinet is set up, mainly storing shoes worn in the season and coats changed. A shoe changing stool separates the entrance from the TV background wall, and the mirror between the Osson boards reflects the joy in the house.
As night falls, lights fall on the pale gray concrete floor and on The Ems loungers. In this dark color-dominated atmosphere, the beam of light is like a cup of amber liquor, close your eyes, lie on the sofa, and feel the most comfortable state of slight drunkenness.
The white space of the ceiling on the top surface and the design of the non-main lamp highlight the style theme and cleverly "hide" the defects of the height of the layer and the lack of lighting.
Mixed with modern style, industrial style is neither completely retro nor backward. Brightly installed lamps, red bricks and micro-cement collide, and new and old materials collide to create new sparks, each with its own characteristics and coordination. The addition of the cow carpet is the contrast in this cool black space.
The window edge of the old community is narrow, and in order to retain the simple line sense in line with the style, the glass clip blinds have become the perfect choice, and the whole space has a little more hazy mood after being pulled up. Through the light and shadow of the blinds, the figure of the people in the house was stretched, and this scene seemed more meaningful.
The open study is a multi-functional area designed to work, read books, and serve as a sewing studio for female house owners. The cave board has a powerful storage function, which is convenient for storing stationery, sewing tools, etc., and is also easy to take.

The simple lines of the restaurant lights and the hemispherical lampshades do not have too much glitz and whitewash in the whole space.
The storage cabinet and wine cabinet of the whole wall fully meet the daily storage needs of the owner.
The passage is lit by retro industrial feng shui pipe wall lamps, and the combination of Edison bulbs and dark metal pipe fittings is like a messenger of time, telling the past years, with a sense of the thickness of the times.
The washing area is set outside the bathroom, effectively separating the wet and dry, and realizing the mutual interference between the dry area (washing area) and the wet area (toilet area, shower area). At the same time, the open washing area makes the space more open, and the aesthetics and functionality are effectively improved.
The retro Changhong glass wrought iron door in the bathroom, the copper counter basin in the common area, the steampunk water pipe shelf, etc. are all tailored to perfectly present the design effect. Unlike the neutral colors of the exterior spaces, the red custom-made brick walls of the shower room give people a visual impact, like a burst of vitality and vitality.
The dark kitchen is like a cold gentleman wearing an all-black suit, and cool people naturally have to match the cool black kitchen.
The refrigerator and cabinet panels are all reproduced with the texture of natural rough, and the hard texture of the metal makes every touch thrill.
Originally, the kitchen was designed in the location of the study, but due to the narrow area, it could not meet the basic use and storage functions of Chinese and Western kitchens. So the design is in the current position, although it is a little farther away from the guest restaurant, but the space has been expanded, and there is more room to perform cooking.
The glossy and matte surfaces of the fishbone brick alternately stitch each other, full of rhythm, and more active in the dark and cold space.
The kitchen stainless steel countertop is the choice that the owner decided before the renovation, it is waterproof and stain-resistant and the surface is smooth and easy to clean, but if it is scratched out, it cannot be remedied. We also reminded the owner of the house, but he felt: "This is the trace of time". Suddenly, I realized that this is probably one of the reasons why the owner of the house loves the industrial style so much.

Unique habitat
As a homeowner with clear goals and preferences, special attention is paid to creating a spatial atmosphere in the bedroom.
Different from the traditional definition of the bedroom, the dark black space does not represent depression, but can obtain inner peace.
The monolithic texture of the wall top is mottled with metal lines and leather backrests, and the brass toggle switch and vintage leather case are dotted with remote dots, making the whole space more advanced. The gray oak hand-grappled floor warms the space, and the cool black room does not lose its warmth.
A bright red of the dresser runs through the dark and black, creating a sharp color contrast, highlighting the sweet and cool vitality of the female homeowner and her distinct personality.
The long rainbow glass doors and washbasins of the bathroom, as well as many of the materials mentioned above, are ordered by the owners themselves, as well as balcony custom sliding doors and so on. The owner of the house exerts his super purchasing talent, under the premise of ensuring the design effect, he carefully compares and selects cost-effective materials to control the budget. Every part of the home has the owner's own careful thinking, with the heart to perfect his own home, in line with its temperament while exuding personality and taste.
Different from the children's room of the pink and tender department, it still continues the dark tone of the whole house, and even the princess can take the dark style.
The arch shape cabinet softens the toughness of modern industry, and on one side is a whole blackboard wall, providing a place for children to give full play to their love of drawing.
Silver metal chandeliers light up the quiet of the night, and red flannel hard bags and plush carpets accompany the gray rabbit beds like the tender arms of a mother. The bedside and foot-of-bed cabinet is a place to read books before going to bed. Whether you want to sit against the wall or lie down to read before going to bed can meet your needs.
