In the autumn and winter of 2021, Xinyang No. 9 Primary School has achieved fruitful results and good news in the high-quality classes of mathematics and art in Xunhe District. Wang Yingying and Wang Nan, two young teachers of the school, won the first prize in the mathematics and art quality class competition in Xunhe District, which added luster to the construction of the school team.

Biography
Wang Yingying, bachelor degree, member of the Communist Party of China. From more than 10 years of teaching, conscientious and responsible, he has been rated as "Excellent Class Teacher" in Xunhe District, "Excellent Teacher" in Xunhe District, "Advanced Individual in Teacher Morality" in Xunhe District, "Backbone Teacher" in Xunhe District, second prize in the 2018 Teaching Skills Competition of the City's Education System, and second prize in the activity of "One Teacher, One Excellent Class, One Lesson and One Teacher" in Xinyang City.
From November 9 to 11, 2021, the mathematics quality class competition (urban group) activity of primary schools in Xunhe District was held as scheduled. In the competition, the fourth-grade mathematics "Tianji Horse Racing" taught by Wang Yingying, a young mathematics teacher of the school, fully demonstrated the personal style, vivid teaching design, novel teaching method, and finally stood out after fierce competition with 16 other players, and won the first prize and the second place in the overall score.
From the sampling of topics to the official competition, there is only a short week of preparation time, Teacher Wang Yingying has the work and teaching tasks of the class teacher during the day, and can only prepare lessons through the night time, and the hardships can be imagined. The teachers of the grinding class group led by Vice Principal Bao Fang and Vice President Zhang Demei are all famous mathematics teachers in the school, and the young teachers who have been guided by them have won the first prize in the Xunhe District Quality Class Competition for many consecutive years. This time, the team teachers continued to give full play to their respective strengths, from teaching design, courseware, classroom language, teaching posture and other aspects of Wang Yingying's participation in the class to provide suggestions.

Wang Nan graduated from Luoyang Normal University in 2013, majoring in fine arts. He was awarded the Outstanding Teacher of Xinyang City, participated in the research of teaching topics for many times, wrote education essays, won the first prize in the "One Teacher, One Excellent Class" activity in Xunhe District, and guided students to participate in painting competitions at all levels to achieve excellent results. After class, we will conscientiously study the teaching materials and strive to improve the level of professional technology.
From November 8 to 10, 2021, the primary school art quality class competition organized by the Teaching and Research Office of Xunhe District won the first prize of the second grade "Children's Song And Painting" taught by Teacher Wang Nan. Along the way, it is both hard work and happiness. This lesson has a wide selection of topics and is full of challenges for instructional design. When receiving the notice of the quality class competition, the school set up a grinding class group to give full play to the leading role of key teachers.
Teacher Wang Nan continues to improve in the grinding lessons, from the collection of teaching materials to the production of courseware, to the design of all aspects of teaching and the tempering of language, every detail in the classroom is full of the joint efforts of the entire grinding team.
Teacher Wang Nan used a series of interesting games to explain the "selection of materials", "composition", "color matching" in the art through graphic demonstrations, which are somewhat obscure knowledge points for young children, one by one, in a relaxed and active classroom atmosphere, teachers and students interact warmly, fully arousing students' desire to create.
