Since the beginning of this year, the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Cyberspace Administration, and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism have successively carried out network ecological governance, rice circle governance, and comprehensive management of the cultural and entertainment fields. According to the relevant notification requirements and the spirit of the meeting, the network performance (live broadcast) branch of the China Performance Industry Association continued to appear on camera to make profits in order to prevent the bad artists from "shifting their position", guide the practitioners to advocate virtue and art, curb the undesirable tendencies of the industry, clarify the industry atmosphere, organize the content review committee expert group to review in accordance with the "Network Anchor Warning and Comeback Management Specifications", and after discussion and approval by the president's joint meeting, determine the ninth batch of network performance (live broadcast) industry anchor "warning list" (a total of 88).
It is worth noting that the anchor information of the warning list submitted by this batch of member enterprises includes two professional anchors with greater influence and three entertainers, and the above five network anchors may have the risk behavior of creating hype topics, inciting public emotions, organizing fans, hiring network trolls to control the trend of public opinion, etc. Due to the large number of fans and distinct "rice circle" behavior, the above five network anchors may also be informed of the situation of these five people.

The historical content of the "Teacher Guo" account is mainly to show personal life and express personal opinions, because its personal setting is not trim and the speech is grounded, and it has won many fans. However, at the same time, its account content also has a strong characteristic of "one by one stink and ugly", which does not conform to the public aesthetics, does not have social value, and especially has the possibility of bad guidance for minors, so it has been banned by platforms such as Douyin.

"Wu Yifan" has been formally approved for arrest on suspicion of rape. As an artist with a large fan base, his own behavior of violating the bottom line of the law has caused extremely bad social impact.
