After returning to China, he worked as a teacher, translator and teacher of biology and chemistry. At this time, Lu Xun was not yet famous, and Lu Xun became famous in the "Diary of a Madman" published in the New Youth Magazine. Compared with Lu Xun's reputation, Zhou Zuo and Zhou Jianren's fame is not so great, but their learning is not bad.

After a stable job in Shanghai and settled down, Zhou Jianren had hoped that Yu Taifangzi and his children would live in Shanghai with him, but Yu Taifangzi rejected Zhou Jianren's idea. Later, Zhou Jianren found someone else in Shanghai, and Zhou Fengsan did not live with his father since he was a child.

Zhou Fengsan went to school in China to receive education, classmates and friends are Chinese, and naturally have feelings for China, but Zhou Zuoren does things for the Japanese.
This undoubtedly caused pressure on Zhou Fengsan's psychology, at that time Zhou Fengsan was only 19 years old, and he was sensible but not fully sensible. It may be that all of this put pressure on him, and in the end, he chose to commit suicide by raising a gun in front of his second uncle.
Zhou Fengsan's death was undoubtedly a tragedy in the environment at that time, and this tragedy was brought about by his identity, brought by Zhou Zuoren, and brought about by the war of aggression at that time.
