Cross-strait reunification in 2031 is the third Xinhai Revolution: Li Jiannan profoundly expounded the spirit of Sun Yat-sen

In commemoration of the 155th anniversary of Sun Yat-sen's birth, some patriotic progressives on the island of Taiwan either published their own commemorative articles or expressed their views through videos.

Through his headlines, Mr. Li Jiannan expressed his deep understanding of the spirit of Sun Yat-sen.

He believes that China had three Xinhai Revolutions.

Mr. Li Jiannan pointed out that although the first Xinhai Revolution overthrew the imperial system and established the Republic of China, the revolution was not thorough, resulting in warlords fighting, the people not having a good life, and foreign enemies invading, and China was still very poor and weak.

The second Xinhai Revolution established the People's Republic of China as the sole legitimate government representing China. In other words, dr. Sun Yat-sen's important task of building a country and strengthening the country has been truly completed.

In the third Xinhai Revolution, China's comprehensive national strength surpassed that of the United States in an all-round way, becoming the world's largest economy, surpassing the United States in military strength, and possessing the ability and historical conditions for the reunification of the motherland.

In short, the first Xinhai Revolution mainly overthrew the feudal monarchy, but did not solve the problem of China's way out. The second Xinhai Revolution made the Chinese people rise from standing up to becoming rich; the third Xinhai Revolution made the Chinese and people stronger and realized the great cause of national rejuvenation and the reunification of the motherland. At this point, Dr. Sun Yat-sen's last wish was fully realized.

I believe that Mr. Li Jiannan provides us with a new perspective on the significance of the Xinhai Revolution.

However, as the General Secretary said when commemorating the birthday of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, under the political, economic, and social conditions of old China, these grand ideas of Dr. Sun Yat-sen were difficult to realize. At the same time, it is impossible to achieve in today's Taiwan. The Kuomintang was in decline and lost power, not only unable to fulfill Sun Yat-sen's last wishes, but even drifting away from Sun Yat-sen's spirit and moving in the opposite direction. The DPP's advocacy of Taiwan independence is incompatible with the "Three People's Principles" and the Chinese nation, and is following the traitorous line.

Only under the leadership of the Communist Party of China was the blueprint for the founding of the people's republic of China drawn up by Dr. Sun Yat-sen realized, and even far beyond Dr. Sun Yat-sen's vision.

It can be seen from this that the spirit of the Xinhai Revolution and Sun Yat-sen's thought do not belong only to the Kuomintang, not only to that particular period of history, not only to which party ideology and political form, but to the entire Chinese nation and to the Chinese people.

Due to the decline of the Kuomintang, the fulfillment of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's last wishes and the fulfillment of the vision and goals of the Xinhai Revolution were historically realized by the Communist Party of China.

By 2031, realizing the reunification of the motherland is the most complete practice of the Xinhai Revolution.

Therefore, although in many respects we have far exceeded Dr. Sun Yat-sen's ideas, from the point of view of achieving reunification, we must still bear in mind Mr. Sun Yat-sen's last words: the revolution has not yet succeeded, and comrades must still work hard!
