Recently, the costume drama has been deserted, and I revisited the 2012 TV drama version of "Wang Mingyang" and found many points that I had never noticed before. Co-starring Lu Jianmin, Zhou Haimei, Liu Hongyu, Zhu Yilong, Meizi, Dashi Chang and others, the drama tells the legendary life of Wang Yangming, a great Confucian of the Ming Dynasty.
The Douban score is as high as 8.6 points, although it is not as good as the 9.7 points of the historical drama "Daming Dynasty 1566" and the 9.6 points of "Towards the Republic", but in a number of costume dramas that are still wandering on various lines, it can be regarded as one of the best costume historical dramas in the past decade.

Douban score of the TV series "Wang Yangming"
Do you think that such a high-rated costume history drama, Fu Hua Dao will be very good, must be very restorive history? I think, you are wrong, very wrong, I tell you, the costumes in the play are basically not right, even more outrageously wrong than "Love Through Time and Space" and "Daming Dynasty 1566". It's really outrageous mother to open the door to the outrageous, outrageous to the home.
Due to space constraints, I will spend a few articles to talk in detail about the costumes in the play. As for the "three words and two beats" series, I will still update as usual, but due to the problem of data search and collation, the next article may have to wait a little longer.
The Golden Wing Shanguan in the TV series "Wang Yangming"
Many people have a wrong impression, always think that the emperor as the ninth five-year-old, should wear a dragon robe and wear a golden crown. The same is true of Zhengde in the TV series "Wang Yangming". But those who hold this view do not necessarily know where this impression comes from. The answer may be the golden winged crown of the Wanli Emperor Zhu Yijun unearthed from the Ming Ding Mausoleum.
The golden crown is made of gold wire, divided into three parts: the front house, the back mountain and the corner, and is embellished with thick gold wire, and the outside is made of double strands of gold wire woven into a braided strip with a seam, the two folded corners are woven separately, the lower part is inserted into the rectangular tube, and the rear mountain is embedded with two dragon play beads. The use of traditional filigree, silk, engraving, inlay and other production processes, but the hole is uniform, the appearance does not show any joint traces, can be called the Ming Dynasty gold and silver processing boutique, reflecting the high technical level of the craftsmen at that time.

When they saw such a beautiful golden crown, and then thought about the statement that there was something dead like a life at that time, they took it for granted that the emperor must have worn such a golden crown before he died. After all, in their view, in the ancient times when productivity was low and the level of science and technology was almost zero, it was not easy to make such a delicate golden crown, at least it required skilled craftsmen to use more than a hundred workers to complete it, so the golden crown became a symbol of status and power.
Only a powerful and powerful emperor can wear it, the whole world is mine, and wearing this little golden crown on his head is not a small meaning? Others who wear, cut off the heads. Even His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and his relatives of the Emperor and the state cannot do it, otherwise it is usurpation, which is a great unreasonable act, which is equivalent to plotting rebellion.
The Golden Wing Crown in "Daming Style"
But have they forgotten that in the middle and late Ming Dynasty, with the further development of productive forces, the social atmosphere gradually changed from simplicity to luxury, and the external image of clothing as part of the human being also underwent a huge change under the influence of this custom: the streets and alleys were full of people wearing costumes that violated etiquette.
No wonder sometimes people sigh: the women of the church silod workers use costumes... Still dressed in different colors of patterns such as sarongs and ayaduans, lined with large red woven gold, and wearing gold, jade, gemstones, jewelry, bead rings, etc., street markets, sedans and horses, multi-end courtesy, invincible.
However, such a faulty view is that it is because there are excavated cultural relics as endorsements, which have influenced all kinds of film and television dramas that tell the history of the Ming Dynasty, resulting in a relatively wide impact. Of course, it may also be that the stylist deliberately added it out of the consideration of good looks. However, they ignored the TV dramas they watched in childhood and the impact on later life, and I was worried about our post-00s and post-10s.
The golden crown in "Love Through Time"
Let's first take a look at what the historical Golden Wing Crown is like. At present, we have only unearthed the Golden Wing Good Crown in Dingling, that is to say, this is the only product in the sea, the only one in the world. It is 24 cm high, 17.5 cm in diameter and weighs 826 grams, reflecting the craftsmanship of the ancients. It also has a cousin, named Wusha Yishanguan, who also had cultural relics unearthed in Dingling.
Unlike the Golden Wing Shanguan, which only had cultural relics unearthed, the Wusha Yi Shanguan not only has cultural relics as proof, but also cooperates with the surviving Ming Dynasty emperor statues, other paintings, and the History of the Ming Dynasty. Literature such as the Chronicle of Public Opinions is compared with each other. Therefore, compared with the Golden Wing Good Crown, the reliability of the Dark Wing Good Crown is much higher. According to the "Nominal Examination", a book of notes and exhortations written by the Ming Dynasty records: "Emperor Taizong (indicating that Chengzu Zhu Di) adopted the ancient system and made the wing good crown to serve himself, and now he takes advantage of the public opinion to serve regularly, or the Tang system." It can be seen that the prototype of the (Wusha) Wing Shanguan comes from the Tang Dynasty, which is an indisputable fact.

According to the "Continued Literature Examination", "The emperor is often dressed, Hongwu is fixed for three years, and the wusha folds the horn upwards... Yongle is more fixed for three years, and the crown is made of wusha, the angle is up, and the name yishanguan is followed. "It is not difficult to conclude that the top scarf and the winged crown are the same kind of crown hat, but the same thing has a different name at different times. This point fully reflects the arbitrariness of the ancient name.
However, there are also objections, believing that the top scarf and the winged crown are two completely different things. Due to the limitation of space, I will not continue to expand, and if I have the opportunity, I will open a new article to talk about it in detail.
The point is, you tell me, what is the round lump in the center of the front of the hat? Don't tell me it's a hat! I was about to spew out a mouthful of old blood. Although the ming dynasty crown hat is the appearance of a hat, I have seen so many portraits of the Ming Dynasty wearing a winged crown, the front is clean, very plain, and there have never been so many fancy things.
Portraits of Emperor Mingwu in the Collection of the Southern Kaoru Hall
At present, the academic community generally believes that the golden wing good crown is a kind of bright instrument, and there are four reasons for this.
First, there are so many realistic portraits in the Ming Dynasty, we have never seen only the portrait of the emperor wearing the wusha wing good crown, and we have never seen the emperor wearing the golden wing good crown. The seated statue scroll of the Thirteen Emperors of the Ming Dynasty, which was once hidden in the Southern Kaoru Hall of the Forbidden City, is the best example. Second, there has never been a similar cultural relics found before, maybe there are still in the Ming Tombs, but now there is no evidence, wait until when the second golden wing crown is found. Third, it is not recorded in the "Ming Palace Crown Costume Ceremonial Chart". You know, this is the most comprehensive color map document of costumes in the Ming Dynasty system that has been seen so far. If there is no record of this, it is really necessary to put a question mark on whether there is a golden wing good crown in real life. Fourth, it is a pure gold instrument, and the light absorption and heat conduction are not suitable for summer wear, so it can only be the bright instrument worn by the emperor in the burial.

Of course, there are also claims that based on these alone, it is unreliable to say that the golden wing is a good crown as a bright weapon. They repeatedly argued from many angles such as etiquette and wearing comfort, and finally came to the conclusion that the golden wing good crown was the crown hat worn by the emperor of the Ming Dynasty in the summer, but it was only missed in the history books.
After all, in the tomb of Zhu Tan, the king of Luhuang in the Ming Dynasty, a wusha wing good crown (wusha folded angle upward scarf) was unearthed. Is it possible that the king and the emperor share the same crown hat?
Which of these two statements is correct needs to be further examined. Hopefully, time will prove it all and give us the answers we want.
The obsolete folded angle excavated from the tomb of King Lu Huang is a picture of the front of the scarf
Having said all this, it is estimated that some people will say that they are nitpicking, after all, this drama has never said that its costumes are exquisite, and it has never taken the costume as its own propaganda point. I say so much, purely from the social responsibility of a traditional costume lover, I hope that the costume of this drama can be restored a little better.
Since the opening of the Ming Dynasty by Taizu Zhu Yuanzhang, to the Sizong Zhu Zhu by inspection from the Han Coal Mountain, through the 276 years of the Dynasty, the costumes have their own temperament, and we still have so many Ming Dynasty official uniform materials for reference, as long as the Lost Daming weather is restored in the film and television, it is a good propaganda point, and it is difficult to think of fire. "Yulou Spring" and "Daming Robbery" are the best examples. Even if it can't be restored 100% and restored 70% or 80%, it is much better than the ming dynasty costumes that are now imagined.
Finally, I still hope that the future of historical dramas can get better and better!
Hanging a leak is for this article.
