In accordance with the "three districts and one door" party building work model proposed by the Yuqiao Street Working Committee, the Yuqiao Dongli community has implemented the "party general branch community, party branch package community, party group package building area, and party member package door" layer by layer. In order to dig deep into the service function of party building work, she led the community to establish a building door culture with the concept of "building door living room three-dimensional courtyard".
Through the excavation of the backbone of the building, the community set up a building door service group composed of the building door chief, the public security commissioner, the mediation committee, the health commissioner, etc., through irregular meetings and research, to communicate the problems and situations inside the building door, and at the same time organize the birthday party, dumpling feast and other activities in the building to promote the formation of harmonious neighborhood relations, and the tentacles of party building will penetrate into every corner of the community.
On this basis, Yang Ping further used the work of the building door to establish a building door deliberation system for the community. Through the convening of the building door council, the community focused on the rules of procedure of the building door and the problems existing in the building door. The head of the building led the incumbent party members to publicize and guide the existing problems such as piles of stairways and the lack of timely removal of domestic garbage, and decided to carry out the rectification of the door environment in the form of building door health evaluation on the last weekend of each month, which promoted the improvement of the community environment.
