After the joint deliberation of 59 member institutions of the Alliance, the "Work Charter of the Wuxi Human Resources Agency Service Enterprise Employment Alliance (Trial)" was unanimously approved. According to relevant industry associations, the purpose of the establishment of the employment alliance is to alleviate the problem of "difficult recruitment and employment difficulties" of enterprises and improve the city's business environment. At the same time, the "Wuxi Human Resources Agency Service College Student Employment Alliance" was also unveiled, and is committed to more fully protecting the employment of college students.

Shen Ting, deputy director of the Wuxi Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, said that the human resources service work in Wuxi also started earlier, and in 1978, a labor service company was first established in the province to carry out employment introduction services, and in 1984, a talent service center was established earlier in the province, and an employment introduction service center was established in 1994. In recent years, Wuxi's human resources service industry has shown a healthy and rapid development trend, and the scale of human resources service industry has been expanding.

According to statistics, the number of operational human resources service agencies in Wuxi has increased from less than 100 in 2010 to 562 at present, with an average annual growth rate of more than 40 in the past five years. In terms of output value and efficiency, from 1.3 billion in 2010 to 34 billion now, an average annual growth of nearly 4 billion yuan in the past five years. In terms of the number and quality of employees, from more than 800 in 2010 to more than 16,000 people now, an average annual increase of nearly 1,000 people, the cultural structure and professionalism of employees have also been greatly optimized and improved.

In addition, Wuxi has built 1 provincial-level and 7 human resources markets with complete facilities, functional support and professional services. Among them, there are 1 four-star market and 4 five-star markets. It has been identified as 180 human resources service integrity enterprises in Wuxi, 46 provincial-level integrity institutions, 2 national-level integrity institutions, 9 provincial-level backbone enterprises, and 7 leading talents in human resources services in the province. In May this year, 7 people were newly shortlisted for the provincial leading talent training program, ranking second in the province.
