During the Yongzheng and Qianlong periods of the Qing Dynasty, there was a person in Wu County named Ye Gui, the character Tianshi, and Ye Tianshi was a very famous doctor at that time. In the seven years from the age of twelve to eighteen, he changed seventeen teachers. It was not that these famous doctors could not teach him, but Ye Tianshi followed them to learn, and once he finished learning the skills of famous doctors, he would continue to study with another famous doctor.
Because Ye Tianshi was talented and intelligent, he could understand everything at one point and see it at a glance, so he studied medicine quickly, and because of this, he was able to learn the skills of seventeen famous doctors within seven years. By the way, his father was also a famous doctor, and even his grandfather was a famous doctor, and his family had practiced medicine for generations.
Ye Tianshi's medical skills were superb, so many people at that time still called him "Heavenly Doctor Star" and thought that he was a heavenly doctor and a mortal.
Once, Ye Tianshi went to a place to see others, and four sedans carried him. Ye Tianshi was idle, his head sticking out of the curtain of the palanquin, looking at the scenery, here is a mulberry forest.
Coincidentally, Ye Tianshi saw a woman who was picking mulberry leaves, and there was a man not far away who was also picking mulberry leaves from a tree. After taking a look at the woman, Ye Tianshi asked the caravan to stop, and then said to a caravanman: You go close to the woman and make a gesture to hug her, but don't really hug, say something cool, and provoke her.
The caravan felt strange, but Ye Tianshi was kind, practicing medicine to save people, and had always had majesty, and although he did not understand it, he did it.
The sedan slowly approached the woman, stared at the woman, and said things like "The little lady is so beautiful" and "Your family doesn't want you, I want you", and at the same time, he also has to hug the woman with both hands. The woman screamed in fright, angrily pointed at the sedan and scolded, and was so angry that she was about to cry.
When the woman's husband saw this, he went down from the tree and pulled the sedan and the two of them to fight.
When Ye Tianshi saw it, he quickly stopped the woman's husband and said: Your wife has a bean rash, which is already between the skin membranes, because she is angry, so she can't come out. If you can't get the bean rash out in time, it will endanger your life. After I saw it, I deliberately let the sedan provoke her, and after the stimulation just now, her bean rash could come out tonight, and it was safe.
The woman's husband did not believe it at first, but the car driver said Ye Tianshi's name, and the woman and her husband believed it and thanked her one after another. That night, the woman's bean rash did come out, safe and sound, and the couple silently thanked Ye Tianshi.
Another day, Ye Tianshi still went out in a palanquin. On the way, a fellow villager stopped him and said he wanted to see a doctor. Ye Tianshi did not dare to be sloppy, and hurriedly got off the palanquin and gave the townspeople a pulse. After the pulse, Ye Tianshi said: I give you a pulse, your six veins are very normal, unlike people who are sick, what disease are you suffering from?
The townspeople smiled and said: Mr. Ye is a famous doctor today, no matter what difficult and complicated diseases, as long as Mr. Ye shoots, he will definitely be able to cure the disease. The disease that the villain suffers from is a disease of poverty, and I don't know if Mr. Can help me cure it?
After Ye Tianshi listened, he laughed and said: This disease is really a lot of people, and it is really quite difficult to treat. Still, it's easy for you. Well, you come in the evening to get the prescription, just take it once.
In the evening, the townspeople arrived at Ye Tianshi's house, knocked on the door, and after entering, asked Ye Tianshi for a prescription for curing poverty.
Ye Tianshi told him: You go outside and wander around, find olive cores as seeds, and plant them at home. Wait until you have grown into seedlings, and then tell me. At that time, you will definitely get rich. Note that there must be a variety, the more the better.
The townspeople listened to him, and sure enough, they found a lot of olive cores overnight and planted them in the fields of their families. Soon, these olive nuclei sprouted and grew into saplings, and the momentum was very good.
The townspeople found Ye Tianshi again and said that the olive tree had grown into a small sapling, what should be done next, and who was it to sell to.
Ye Tianshi told the townspeople and said: Starting today, if someone comes to buy your olive saplings, don't sell them at a low price, keep selling at a high price. That way, you can make money.
From that day on, when Ye Tianshi treated people, he always used olive seedlings. Since there were many patients, but no one in the local area planted olive seedlings, the patients asked Ye Tianshi where to get olive seedlings. Ye Tianshi told everyone that so-and-so (that is, the villager) planted a lot of olive seedlings and could buy them.
Therefore, everyone rushed to buy olive seedlings from the villagers, and the villagers made a lot of money. Later, there were very few olive seedlings, and he set a higher price and made more money. The olive seedlings were sold out, and the villagers made a lot of money.
Later, the townspeople went to thank Ye Tianshi and said excitedly: The olive seedlings in this field are much more than I have been planting for ten years, and I have earned a lot more!
Ye Tianshi smiled and asked him: "How's it going, is your poverty cured now?" The townspeople were overjoyed and replied: Thanks to Mr. Ye's prescription, my illness has been completely cured. Ye Tianshi smiled and said: Use this money to think about it and consider doing something. Selling olive seedlings is no longer enough, you can only use them once. The two laughed.
After the news of Ye Tianshi curing the poor and diseases of the villagers spread, everyone praised it one after another, and some people still mention it to this day.
