I accidentally found that the summer palace launched the autumn and winter small yellow fish preferential activities, and the inspiration moved, and this family dinner was good to choose here.
Summer Palace is a Chinese restaurant at China World Hotel, located in the northwest corner of the first floor of the Hotel. The cuisine mainly focuses on Huaiyang cuisine, but there are also classic dishes of Cantonese cuisine and Beijing cuisine, which have just passed the 30th anniversary of the summer palace, but have accumulated a group of old guests.
At noon on the weekend, the lobby is almost full, and the manager is familiar with the guests to greet and chat about homely, feeling that they are regular diners.

The little yellow croaker caught in autumn and winter tasted best, and we ordered a braised yellow croaker, the braised yellow croaker was bigger, the sauce was rich, and the garlic cloves were very enjoyable.

After the rough is heated, it can be continuously kept warm. The sea cucumber sauce on the plate crackles because of the high temperature, and when it "calms down", try it quickly.
The sea cucumber is sprinkled with dried shrimp. Dried shrimp have to go through more than a dozen drying processes to preserve the "fresh". Take a bite into your mouth and the umami flavor will burst open, setting off the soft texture of the sea cucumber.

The dessert at the end was my favorite popcorn cake, which was as good as the one I ate last year. Paired with Jupu in the restaurant, the whole meal was brought to a successful end.
The per capita consumption of the summer palace of the China Grand Hotel is not low, but the amount of dishes is really large, and there is a blessing from the big hotel, whether it is eating or feasting, it is very weighty.
