Jules Joseph Lefebvre (1836–1911) was a French painter, educator and theorist.
Born on 14 March 1836 in the seine-marne, Juus Joseph Lefebvre was admitted to the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in 1851 as a student of Léon Cogniet.
