First, open the box and expose it

The A1246 adopts a five-layer special hard packaging box, and the sky and earth cover pearl plate are suspended and packaged, which plays a good shockproof effect. The box is printed with various compliance information. There is a mining machine in the box, a mining machine power line (16A plug), and the length of the line is about 1.5 meters.

The miner has an integrated power supply and is located on the right side of the front of the miner.

The mining machine is rectangular in length, and the chassis adopts a new alloy material, which is thick and strong, and supports horizontal and vertical placement, which is convenient and flexible.

The other side of the mining machine has the Avalon trademark.

The upper part of the front of the miner from left to right are the system reset button (RESET), the network cable interface, the three-color status indicator (red, yellow and green), the function button (FUNC), and the fan power interface.

The lower part of the front of the miner sees the front of the mining machine with dual cooling fans, the specification is four-pin socket diameter 12CM fans two (12v4.5a), with a protective cover, from which the air is inlet.

Second, installation and commissioning

Before the installation runs, the following preparations need to be made.

1. Each mining machine has its own high-quality RJ45 interface network cable, and the transmission data of the network cable is easily disturbed, affecting the stability.

2. The operating power of A1246 large computing power mining machine is relatively high, reaching more than 3000w, and the mining machine is equipped with a 16A power line. You need to have your own socket with a 16A socket, because the mining machine is running for a long time, the power interface is hot for a long time, please choose a reliable quality socket from a compliant manufacturer.

3. Mining machine transportation process of individual logistics violence is inevitable, before installing the mining machine, pick up the mining machine slightly shaken, listen to identify whether there is a strange sound inside the mining machine, if there is a strange noise may occur parts falling off, timely contact the manufacturer after-sales processing.

Third, debugging

Turn on the power supply, the mining machine immediately enters the working state, the status indicator is green and bright.

The second is to use the browser of the Internet access device (mobile phone, computer) in the LAN to enter the mining machine background for settings.

Fourth, testing

The evaluation is located in the southern region, and the continuous high temperature weather in recent days, with an outdoor temperature of nearly 30 degrees during the day, also simulates a summer mining environment for the mining machine of this evaluation.

The A1246 operates without complex settings such as frequency, voltage, fan speed, etc., and has been done at plug-and-play levels.

After the mining machine starts, the hash rate quickly reaches 90T in a short period of time, the fan speed is about 6800 rpm, and the average hash rate is 90.05T for long-term operation. The maximum hash rate is nearly 105T, the minimum hash rate is about 78T, and there is no large fluctuation in long-term operation.

Under the normal working condition of the mining machine, the hash rate is about 90T, and the measured power is about 3508w.

In terms of noise, when the mining machine is running stably, the fan speed is about 6800 rpm, and about 93.1 dBa is measured at 20CM from the mining machine.

In terms of temperature, when the background temperature shows 31 degrees inside the miner, the air inlet is measured at 26.3 degrees.

The air outlet was measured at 28 degrees.
