I have an immature little idea: I will not work in another twenty years, I will go to Yunnan to find a piece of land to build a small villa, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and take my family to the countryside to retire.
I went to Yunnan once a long time ago, and it was just winter. I went to know that the "four seasons like spring" mentioned in the book are real, and there is no discomfort except that the temperature difference between morning and evening is relatively large. Catching fish, raising chickens, picking mushrooms, and water spring water can be directly drunk from upstream to downstream. Melons, fruits and vegetables are grown by themselves, and the four seasons are accompanied by a sea of flowers, which is really suitable for the elderly.
I remember living in a friend's self-built house, a Chinese-style two-story villa, which was super popular with tourists. With the impression, I went to the Internet to find a set of drawings with more than 80% similarity to everyone, and later I planned to make it into a homestay, and everyone helped to see how to change it.
From the outside, the structure of the house is not complicated. Chinese style is the main design style, glass guardrails and berth windows are more modern, and the overall aesthetics are still OK. In Yunnan, many ancient buildings have angles on the eaves, and the process is difficult, if the strength allows, it should be more distinctive.
Now the width of the face in many places is not more than 12 meters, I am afraid that the size will become more and more stringent in the future, so I am looking for this set of drawings with a surface width of only 9 meters or more, but the depth is about 25 meters. Covers an area of 230 square meters, including 68 square meters of yard.
The best result is that there are yards in front and behind, and there is more secrecy. If calculated according to the current contract price, the cost range of brick-concrete structures should be around 400,000-500,000.

On the first floor, there is a hall house, a living room, a dining kitchen and two bedrooms, if it is used for the elderly, there is no need to modify the layout. However, if you want to do a homestay bedroom, you must change it to a design with a separate bathroom, and other places can remain unchanged.
On the second floor is three bedrooms plus a large living room of nearly 30 square meters, which is equivalent to putting the living room and the tea room together. With a terrace facing the south-facing sun, you can enjoy the picturesque blue sky and white clouds on the terrace.
What do you think of my little idea? Although it is not very mature, there is still a chance to achieve it, right? After many years, the house will be rebuilt a little smaller, as long as it is in Yunnan, everything is fine
