Donggang Municipal Taxation Bureau set up 20 youth theoretical study groups, determined the learning theme on a monthly basis, and regularly carried out centralized study and exchange and discussion work, so that the youth theoretical study group became an important platform for the theoretical study of young cadres.

Relying on the youth theoretical study group to set up tax policy publicity, organize young party members and cadres to go out of the office, walk into key enterprises in the jurisdiction, and carry out "face-to-face, point-to-point" tax publicity around the hot spots and difficulties that enterprises and taxpayers are generally concerned about, the latest policies and regulations, add impetus to the burden reduction of enterprises, and solve the pain points.

The third is to carry out volunteer services. Organize young party members to continue to participate in volunteer services in epidemic prevention and control, "new tax" education assistance, human settlement environment improvement, and the creation of civilized cities, and use the power of youth to serve local economic development.
