It is worth mentioning that this ancient village was also a place where revolutionaries were very active. In the 1930s, the Communist Party of China established the earliest branch of Yixian County in Pingshan, and many educated young people in the village joined the party organization and actively carried out revolutionary activities, contributing to the founding of new China. It is said that the seat of the first committee of the COMMUNIST Party of Yixian is near Ping Shan. Most of the villages in Guhui prefecture are inhabited by a family name, and the villages and villages have built ancestral halls, and there are up to 18 ancestral halls in Ping Shan, and 7 are still preserved. Ping Shan has extraordinary natural and humanistic beauty, is a famous historical and cultural village in China, and there are many places of interest and historical sites for people to visit, such as Chengde Hall, Yulan Garden, Xiaoxiulou, Changning Lake, etc., without browsing them one by one. At the end of the year, there are not many people who see visiting the village in the off-season, and the locals say that because the neighborhood is the famous Hongcun and Xidi, there are relatively few tourists coming to Ping Shan, but it is much quieter than Hongcun and Xidi. I think that the simplicity and tranquility formed by the ancestors of the Shu clan are the characteristics of Ping Shan, and approaching Ping Shan, people may have more understanding and harvest.
