Michael P. Michael J. Fox is going through a past.

On Sunday, the 60-year-old shared a photo of himself with former "Back to the Future" co-actor Christopher Lloyd and wrote "back to back" on his Instagram.

The photo shows the two sitting in the back seat of a golf cart, with Fox giving a thumbs up to the camera.

Lloyd, 82, also posted photos of their reunion, showing the two sitting on a set of high stools having a conversation.

"Explain this..." he wrote next to the candid camera.

Last March, just four months before back to the Future celebrated the company's 35th anniversary, Fox and Lloyd reunited at a poker tournament, benefiting the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Research Foundation.

"@michaeljfoxorg poker night travels at 88 mph," Lloyd quipped on his Instagram at the time, referring to the film's iconic DeLorean speed through time.

In his own headline, Fox wrote: "On @michaeljfoxorg Poker Night with @mrchristopherlloyd! ”

Fox and Lloyd played Marty McPhrey and Dr. Brown in Back to the Future and two follow-up films, respectively. The 1985 science fiction film also starred Lea Thompson, Crispin Glover and Thomas F. Wilson.

Thompson, 60, has previously opened up to the precious trilogy and said she felt "very lucky" to be part of the cast.

"I think there are a lot of layers to film, depending on your age or where you are in life, you can get different things," she explains the legacy of film franchising.

Thompson said: "It could be as simple as, 'Wow, that car is so cool.'" "Or it could be, 'Tell my kids what a great message this is,' and if you're like George McFly and you have the courage to stand up for yourself and the people you love at the right moment, you can change your life and the lives of your family."

"It's like a perfect storm because it's nostalgic for the '50s and it's also nostalgic for the '80s," she adds.
