After investigation, Guo Yan seriously violated the party's honesty and discipline by accepting gifts, consumption cards, and other property from business units and individuals while serving as deputy director and director of the comprehensive office of the Zhenjiang Transportation Investment and Construction Development Company, deputy general manager of Zhenjiang Hongxing Real Estate Co., Ltd., and general manager of Zhenjiang Hongxing Cultural Industry Investment Co., Ltd. At the same time, Guo Yan took advantage of her position to seek benefits for others, accepted large amounts of money and property, and was suspected of accepting bribes.
As a party member and cadre of a state-owned enterprise, Guo Yan has lost her ideals and convictions, has a weak sense of party membership, and her behavior is of a bad nature and the circumstances are serious.
