Through the visit and investigation, the police locked the suspect's foothold, but when they were arrested late that night, they found that the place and the "Director Wang" were already empty. "Director Lin", male, from Dacheng County, Hebei Province, real name Jia Mouqing, pseudonym "Teacher Ouyang", "Teacher Du", etc., is the "general director" behind the fraud gang, he is unemployed vagrants, mixed in the film and television bases everywhere. In view of the situation that young people like to be a crew assistant so that they can enter the "entertainment circle", Jia Mouqing thought of the way to make money, he published information such as recruiting "star assistant, crew executive, photography assistant" on major job search websites, and collected information on online job seekers, in order to implement fraud more realistically, Jia Mouqing also used a found ID card to lease office space for a short time, privately engraved the seal of "a cultural media company in Xinjiang", forged labor contracts, and put on a reasonable "coat" for fraud.

The whole scam is interlocked, one link after another, each person plays a different role, in order to prevent the matter from being exposed, Jia Mouqing also acts as an aftermath, once the victim is emotional and has a tendency to make a big fuss, he will refund part of the food fee and "gift money", or fool the victim to find another crew as a "group performance" to appease the victim's emotions. Many victims think that they are unable to enter the crew as assistants due to their limited conditions or dissatisfaction with the director, and they can't get away with the attitude of calming things down. After the incident, when the police contacted some victims to verify, the other party thought that it was caused by the failure of the job search, and they did not know that they had been defrauded by others.

At present, the police have verified 8 victims, more than 200,000 yuan of property involved in the case, Jia Mouqing and Jia Mouliang have been criminally detained according to law for suspected fraud, other people involved in the case are being meticulously pursued, and the case is being dug up and followed up review is underway.
