"Cai Xukun assistant" sent a message that there are Cai Xukun limited edition signed photos to give to fans, and at the same time, the first 100 fans are each issued with a red envelope of 3888 yuan, provided that the personal WeChat change has a balance of not less than 50 yuan.
"Cai Xukun assistant" gave Yangyang a two-dimensional code, through the two-dimensional code identification, Yangyang added a nickname "Shanshui" WeChat, the other party told him the rules of the game: send him 50 yuan WeChat red packet, if the sending is not successful, you are eligible to get "Cai Xukun" 3888 yuan red packet. Yangyang immediately sent a red envelope of 50 yuan, and the system prompted that the sending was successful. "Shanshui" said in WeChat that it was successfully sent and did not qualify for 3888 yuan of red envelopes. Yangyang realized that he had lost 50 yuan in vain, a little distressed, so he asked the other party to refund, the other party said that it can be refunded, but must first transfer 10,000 yuan through WeChat, "finance" after receiving the transfer, along with the previous 50 yuan together with the return, and said "this is the financial regulations."
Yang Yang was eager to refund and said that he didn't have that much money. "Shanshui" told her to use her parents' mobile phone and guide her through the QQ phone.
