[Li Shiju] Zhang Tiande, my township party, still remembers his name. Although our two families are only a hundred meters apart, for a long time, I only know its name and not its person. What is even more incredible is that around my house, there are two Zhang Tiande with the same name and surname, and both of them are quite famous in the world of calligraphy and painting. One is the painter Zhang Tiande (born in 1942), who is good at drawing ducks and has become a must, he is both my relative and my marriage "Yue Lao". Many years ago in Xi'an has become famous, but unfortunately overworked into illness, just after the age of ancient rarity died of illness, became a major regret in the world of calligraphy and painting; the other is the calligrapher Zhang Tiande (born in 1963), a short distance from my family, previously in many media from time to time, the big name is famous, god has been friends for a long time but has never met. In June this year, I had the privilege of meeting the "real people" of the township party at the "HanMo Piaoxiang" PEN meeting held by the Xi'an Dali Chamber of Commerce.
Professor Zhang Tiande, a military calligrapher, was born in Taiping Lane, South Ring Road, Dali County, and graduated from Shaanxi Normal University and Xi'an Jiaotong University. He is now a professor and master tutor of the Air Force Engineering University, and a high-level scientific and technological talent of the Air Force. He is the vice president of the Poetry Calligraphy and Painting Art Creation Committee of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, the vice chairman of the Shaanxi Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, the vice president of the Shaanxi Enlightened Calligraphy and Painting Institute, the deputy secretary-general of the Shaanxi Provincial Education Calligraphy Research Association, the honorary chairman of the Shaanxi Radio and Television Network Media Group Calligraphy and Painting Association, and the honorary president of the Hongwen Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
When he was a teenager, he loved calligraphy and painting, hard pens and brushes "two-pronged", traced back to traditional pen and ink, taught the ancients, and treated books with sincerity, especially Wang Xizhi's "On Le Yi", Yan Zhenqing's "Many Pagodas" and Zhong Shaojing's "Lingfei Jing" and other Fa Ti, and he worked deeply on the Fa Ti such as "Lan Ting Preamble", "Holy Teaching Order", "Shu Su Tie", and "Amaxi Poetry Scroll". His calligraphy and dot painting are exquisite, his posture is dignified, his texture is firm, and his style is handsome.
Over the years, his calligraphy works have often appeared in various calligraphy and painting exhibitions and media, and his works have been selected for large-scale exhibitions such as the "First Chinese Calligraphy Art Festival", which have been exhibited at the National Art Museum of China, the Military Museum of the Chinese Revolution, the Art Museum of Shaanxi Province, and Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao and other places; his works and artistic achievements have been selected for "100 Artists Influencing China" and "Eternal Monuments" edited by the Cultural and Artistic Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture, and have been included in the "Who's Who of Chinese Contemporary Art" and "Chinese Characters Cihai • Large-scale classics such as "Contemporary Culture Volumes", "Chinese Contemporary Art Masters", "Shaanxi Cultural Celebrity Dictionary" and so on have been introduced and reported in the media such as People's Daily (Overseas Edition), Guangming Daily, People's Liberation Army Daily, China International News People's Artists Herald (front page full page), Calligraphy Newspaper, Calligraphy Herald, Culture and Art Newspaper, China Pen Calligraphy, Xi'an Daily, Sanqin Metropolis Daily, Famous Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, People's Network, Guangming Network, Baidu Encyclopedia, China Military Network and other media; China Post issued in 2016 "Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy Master - Zhang Tiande" postcard; "Global Hot Spots" 2016 No. 3 cover characters and special edition promotion; published "Calligraphy Tutorial", "Practical Hard Pen Calligraphy Art" and other textbooks, monographs and a variety of desk calendars, wall calendars; wrote titles for many film and television films such as "The Soul of the Hot Land Army", "Sword Sky", "Closed Door Disciple" and other film and television films; artistic history and calligraphy achievements were introduced by CCTV's "Freehand Life" film special film publicity.
It is worth mentioning that the innovation of Zhang Tiande's calligraphy not only benefits from his solid foundation in ancient times, but also benefits from his long-term establishment in colleges and universities and the profound accumulation of his own cultural accomplishment. Lu You taught his son to write a poem called "Ru Guo wants to learn poetry, kung fu is outside the poem", and this most reasonable quote is also true of calligraphy. That is to say, only by continuously strengthening artistic accomplishment can we create intriguing and aesthetic works of art. This is the inspiration given to us by the calligraphy works of Zhang Tiande, a township party member whom I already knew about the great name and had only recently known. Here, I wish the calligraphy art of the township party Zhang Tiande to a higher level in the new journey, and become the pride of the Dali people and the pride of the Dali people!
