In 1976, Premier Zhou died of illness, and his close friend Ms. Song Qingling cried bitterly for several days after learning the bad news, and his mental state barely stabilized.
At that time, Ms. Song Qingling's physical condition was very bad, and people around her advised her to rest in peace, but she still decided to go to the memorial service site and say goodbye to her old friends.
When attending the memorial service, Ms. Song Qingling suddenly changed her look and finally left the scene in anger. The reason why Ms. Song Qingling left the scene angrily was because some people quietly discussed that she was from the prime minister's side.

From a personal point of view, Ms. Soong Ching Ling and Premier Zhou do have a very deep revolutionary friendship. As early as the Whampoa Military Academy, the two had the opportunity to work together because of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's arrangement.
The first time the two met, premier Zhou, who was extraordinary, left a very deep impression on Ms. Song Qingling.
Years later, Ms. Soong Ching Ling recalled that Premier Zhou was very young at that time, but he was versatile and a clear-cut and firm revolutionary leader.
After the two met, because of their similar interests, they often got together to talk about revolutionary ideals. Unconsciously, the two became close friends without saying a word.
Once, because of his work, Premier Zhou needed to give a lecture at the Whampoa Military Academy, and he thought about it and finally found the knowledgeable Song Qingling.
At the warm invitation of Premier Zhou, Ms. Soong Ching Ling came to the Whampoa Military Academy as a guest to conduct a more in-depth revolutionary education for the cadets. Her excellent speech not only added a unique color to this activity, but also gave the students a greater revolutionary enthusiasm.
After the outbreak of the Northern Expedition, Premier Zhou and Ms. Song Qingling worked closely together to actively help the soldiers on the front line. In order to strive for greater advantage in the war, Song Qingling traveled around and used his personal connections to prepare for the rescue of the Red Cross Society for the wounded soldiers of the Northern Expedition.
When Ms. Soong Ching Ling was preparing to set up this aid organization, Premier Zhou gave her a lot of advice and helped her solve many difficult problems.
After the unfortunate death of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, Chiang Kai-shek openly betrayed the revolution because of his inflated ambitions. At that time, many people thought that Madam Soong Ching Ling would stand by Chiang Kai-shek because of her status as a sister-in-law, but instead of helping Chiang Kai-shek, Soong Ching-ling, who knew the great righteousness, openly rebuked him for all kinds of mistakes.
In order to make Ms. Soong Ching Ling change her mind, Chiang Kai-shek repeatedly threatened and seduced her, and even tried to send someone to assassinate her. Because of Chiang Kai-shek's persecution, Ms. Soong Ching Ling left the motherland and took refuge in the Soviet Union.
After the outbreak of the September 18 Incident, the long-planned Japanese invaders, like jackals, broke into China like a jackal.
Chiang Kai-shek, who held great power, was supposed to lead people to actively resist the Japanese army, but instead of resisting the invaders, he intensified the "encirclement and suppression" of the Red Army.
Fortunately, the Red Army was not crushed by the Nationalist army under Chiang Kai-shek, and under the command of Chairman Mao and other party organizations, the Red Army overcame all odds and dangers to win the victory of the Long March and successfully preserved the seeds of the revolution.
After the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan, Song Qingling, who had returned to his homeland, was forced to flee to the Hong Kong area because of the fall of Shanghai.
At that time, Chiang Kai-shek was still maliciously targeting Ms. Soong Ching Ling, but she did not fear or give in, and she always did her best to help the party organization and help everyone in the War of Resistance.
Under the influence of Ms. Soong Ching Ling, a large number of overseas Chinese generously donated money to the soldiers of the War of Resistance on the front line, providing valuable materials and creating many favorable conditions for the victory of the War of Resistance.
When Hong Kong fell, Premier Zhou personally sent someone to Hong Kong to greet her and escort her to Chongqing in order to protect Ms. Soong Ching Ling.
After settling in, Ms. Song Qingling continued to run for the War of Resistance and made great contributions to the subsequent struggle.
Although Premier Zhou has always been worried about Ms. Soong Ching Ling, he has not visited him. His work was too busy to take time, and he could only keep in touch with Ms. Song Qingling through letters.
During the Liberation War, Ms. Soong Ching Ling took a clear stand, supported the party organization as always, and provided a lot of help for the overall victory of the People's Liberation Army.
Before the founding ceremony, Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou unanimously believed that Ms. Soong Ching Ling was a meritorious person who had made outstanding contributions, and it was necessary to invite her to Beiping and let her witness history in person.
At that time, the work of Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou was particularly arduous, so the heavy responsibility of inviting Ms. Soong Ching Ling fell to Ms. Deng Yingchao, the wife of Premier Zhou.
Deng Yingchao and Song Qingling are both strange women who do not let their eyebrows be shaved, and the two have worked closely together several times during the war, so it can be said that it is appropriate for her to take charge of this job.
Deng Yingchao took the handwritten letters of Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou, and after meeting Ms. Soong Ching Ling, he sincerely extended an invitation to her, hoping that she would come to Beiping. Song Qingling was quite touched by this and tearfully agreed to this sincere invitation.
Later, Ms. Song Qingling became the honorary president of the country because of her great contribution to history. Ms. Song Qingling, who is dedicated to the country and the people, took the initiative to take charge of a lot of work in order to repay the trust of the organization.
In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the whole country was in ruins and waiting to be rebuilt, and the relationship with other countries was also more delicate. In order to let more countries know a new China, Premier Zhou decided to create an English-language magazine to help the country carry out international propaganda.
During the War of Resistance Against Japan, Song Qingling founded an English magazine because she needed international support, and Premier Zhou knew that she had relevant experience and personally talked to her.
Under the close cooperation of Premier Zhou and Ms. Song Qingling, the English edition of China Construction magazine was successfully born, conveying the real situation of the Chinese people to more than 150 countries and regions, and creating many favorable conditions for China's subsequent development.
Because he had been busy with work, Premier Zhou became ill with overwork and eventually died of cancer at the age of 78.
The unfortunate departure of Premier Zhou was a very heavy blow to everyone, and Ms. Song Qingling, as a close friend, cried for several days before she could barely restore calm.
Because of her relatively weak health, when Ms. Song Qingling attended premier Zhou's funeral, she took two adopted daughters to the memorial service site and asked them to help support herself.
When she heard this, Ms. Song Qingling immediately became angry, because she did not want to affect the overall situation, she tried to control her emotions and did not directly show it.
A few days later, the memorial service was officially held, and some people secretly said that she was a member of the Prime Minister's gang. Upon hearing this, Ms. Soong Ching Ling was immediately angry, Premier Zhou has been working hard for the country for so many years, and should never be maliciously speculated.
Angry, Ms. Song Qingling left the memorial service directly. Soon after, several cadres came after her to ask her why, and after explaining the ins and outs, Ms. Song Qingling solemnly said that if anyone else gossiped about Premier Zhou, she would directly resign and return to Shanghai for the elderly.
Several cadres immediately panicked when they heard this, and quickly assured Ms. Song Qingling that they would seriously deal with this matter and would never tolerate any bad people.
Under the patient persuasion of several cadres, Ms. Song Qingling gave up her intention to resign and selflessly dedicated herself to the country for several years.
