The court sentenced the defendant unit, 21st Century Media Company, to a fine of RMB 948 for the crime of forced trading. 50,000 yuan to recover illegal gains; the remaining defendant units in the series of cases were fined 30,000 yuan to 54.43 million yuan respectively to recover illegal gains; Shen Hao was sentenced to four years' imprisonment and fined 60,000 yuan to recover the illegal gains; the remaining defendants in the series of cases were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from one year and six months to ten years and six months; and some defendants who pleaded guilty and repented of their crimes and actively returned stolen goods, and whose crimes were relatively minor, were suspended. The litigation representatives of the defendant units such as 21st Century Media Company and the vast majority of defendants such as Shen Hao said that they would obey the court's judgment and would not appeal.
