When President Zhang said this, I could feel her enthusiasm for her work and her sense of distress about the current situation, and she really hoped to do a good job in this matter.
Soon, I submitted my own outline, knowing that my ability to be limited may not be perfect, but President Zhang still gave me the opportunity to exercise and entrusted me with the work of producing the first draft of the white paper. It is a shame to say that after entering the courtroom, because he was a newcomer, he knew nothing about the organizational structure of the unit, the rhythm of work, and even which department was in charge and which office, and he caught up with the education and rectification, and the work tasks were heavy, resulting in the task of the white paper being delayed again and again.
I felt that I was serious enough in drafting the materials, and I consulted colleagues who had worked a long time in this court and knew more about the case. However, after it was completed, when it was sent to President Zhang for review, President Zhang saw a data error at a glance. In the process of making the white paper, the data is the most headache for me, and I really can't accurately remember all kinds of data from the year-on-year, month-on-month, and the number of decimal points. President Zhang said a sentence that impressed me deeply, "Judges who handle cases in a down-to-earth manner are doing practical things for the masses." I think that as a court cadre and policeman, the so-called "doing practical things for the masses" must not stay on slogans, exhibition boards, or during the period of rectification, and become mere formalities and silence, but should, as President Zhang said, base ourselves on our own work, and use what we have learned in our lives to solve problems for the masses and set points and stop disputes on every day and in every small matter.
Every time he received a client or a lawyer, President Zhang always had a kind attitude and listened carefully. When I was drafting the documents for a certain case, I turned to the reception record handwritten by President Zhang, which was densely packed with 5 pages of paper, neat handwriting and clear organization.
