The yard is equipped with functional areas such as raw material storage area, mechanical operation area, semi-finished product area, finished product area, temporary storage and processing area, and living area. In order to meet the processing needs of engineering steel components, it is equipped with more than 40 sets of advanced machinery and equipment such as CNC cold bending machine, CNC straightening machine, CNC figure eight bending stirrup, heavy steel bar cutting machine, heavy CNC bending machine, hydraulic combined punching and shearing machine, CNC steel bar welding machine and so on.
Where the site was built, the construction unit strictly followed the owner's concept of "guarding the green water and green mountains, building ecological shenbai", and overcame the unfavorable factors of poor construction conditions, urgent construction tasks, and high standards for environmental water protection. With a high starting point, high standards and strict requirements, we will go all out to seize the construction period and promote the pace of project construction. It took only one month since the start of construction and acceptance, and it met the standardized construction requirements of the Shenbai high-speed railway, which laid the foundation for ensuring the need for steel components for the next step of bridge substructure construction, tunnel initial support and advanced support construction, and continuously accelerating the progress of the project.
It is understood that the steel structure processing plant mainly undertakes the steel arch, grille steel frame, advanced small conduit processing of three tunnels such as Chisong and Dongshan, as well as all the steel processing tasks of four bridges such as The Wangou Special Bridge and the Xiaozhangjiagou Bridge, and is the largest steel component processing site in the bidding section.
