Wang Shaojie (born September 17, 1996 in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province) is a Chinese professional basketball player who plays as a big forward for CBA Beijing Beikong Basketball Club. In the 2019 CBA Draft, Wang Shaojie was selected by Beijing Beikong Basketball Club with the 1st pick in the first round. On June 28, 2021, fiba's official website updated the list of 12 people in the Chinese men's basketball team's Olympic games, and Wang Shaojie was listed.

During his studies, Wang Shaojie studied international relations at Peking University, represented Peking University in the China Collegiate Basketball League (cuba), played in 53 games, averaged 12.3 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.2 blocks per game, helped peking university basketball team achieve three consecutive cuba league championships, and personally won two cuba finals mvp. On January 12, 2019, in the 2019 CBA All-Star Star Challenge, the University North and South United team defeated the CBA Star Rui team 90-88, and Wang Shaojie represented the university North and South United team, scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds, and won the 2019 CBA All Star Sharp Challenge MVP.

On July 29, 2019, in the 2019 CBA Draft, Wang Shaojie was selected by Beijing Beikong Basketball Club with a yuan. On November 2, in the 108-103 victory over Shenzhen New Century Leopards Basketball Club by Beijing Control, Wang Shaojie made his CBA career debut, playing 24 minutes, scoring 12 points, 3 rebounds, 2 steals and 1 block. On December 28, in the game of Beijing Control's 124-108 victory over the Bayi Nanchang Rockets basketball team, Wang Shaoming scored 19 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks in 29 minutes, setting a new career single-game scoring record.

In the 2019-20 season, Wang Shaojie played in 45 regular season games for Beijing Control, averaging 23.2 minutes per game, with 7.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 0.3 assists. On March 17, 2021, the CBA officially announced that Beijing Point player Wang Shaojie replaced Zhai Xiaochuan, who was injured, and was selected into the CBA All-Star substitute list.
