A city council in a city called Brickester decided to expand the old station to cope with the urban development that accompanied rail transport. The façade of the old station has been preserved, and the new iron frame and glass structure cover the original hall. The newly restored station quickly became the city's most important meeting point, with thousands of people passing by every day. Some patiently wait for the journey home, some rush to work on time, some just look away curiously, and some anxiously await the arrival of their lover. Still others pack their small belongings in suitcases and prepare to embark on the train to a new life.
It's not a fairy tale, it's not reality, it's just the idea of the author, Lepralego.
Lego designer Lepralego from Spain is a regular visitor to the IdeaSMappe project, and due to frequent travel, the author has been in contact with several railway stations in Europe, each of which has left a memory of his life. He decided to distill these memories and conceived a scene of a train station at the beginning of the article. That's what we're going to introduce to friends today, the LEGO idea entry, the meeting point.

For the author, the railway station, like other public places such as squares, statues or monuments, is a meeting point for tourists and local residents, a meeting point for those who come and go, those who run and those who wait patiently between the city and the suburbs, between the old and the modern, between where we are now and our destination.
This set looks colorful, vivid and interesting, and the scene details are full of sincerity. The black wrought iron structure and transparent glass curtain wall, combined with the golden waiting hall and red outbuildings, make the whole scene look less monotonous.
On one side of the scene is a section of railroad tracks, reflecting this set of scenes as a symbol of the train station. The golden retro hall façade and the cyan canopy contrast in color and have a strong visual impact. On one side of the platform are waiting benches and stop signs, and on the other side are railway operation lines, which are convenient for passengers to find when changing trains. The passengers on the platform had different looks, from the excitement of embarking on a journey to the anxiety of waiting for relatives and friends to return. The white minaret at the rear not only brings a change in color to the station, but also a breakthrough in appearance, breaking the square pattern and achieving an irregular balance.
On the front of the station is an arched wrought iron hall, with black metal and transparent glass, solemn and yet fashionable. Clocks directly above remind visitors to pay attention to time, and the gray-and-white ground beneath their feet makes the sights less monotonous. Street lights, bus stops and fences pay homage to reality and enrich the scene. The dim sum stall at the entrance brings a sense of smell to the station, the aroma of baking soothes people's fatigue along the way, and bread and pastries soothe people's stomachs under the hurried body.
Next to the hall is a convenience store, and the flower pond at the entrance brings color to the scene and hope to life. The convenience store is full of goods, from magazines to drinks, from records to bread, which can make people less bored during the trip and bring people memories and memories of coming here.
Upstairs from the convenience store outside the hall is a kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils, hood, stove, pan, locker, juicer, all well restored. Busy waiters come and go, like magic, to make delicious food.
Taking advantage of the heat, the waiter brings the food to the terrace outside the kitchen, and the well-kept flower beds surround the private seats, take a sip, eat a piece, watch the bustling crowd downstairs, and listen to a small rap of the artists downstairs, which is also a delicate life.
The rapper outside the hall door brought hearing to the station, and we didn't know where he came from or where he was going. Casual crowds can stop and listen, and the songs may be the love of their hometown, or the miss of the girl. Travelers in a hurry can also embark on their own journey amid his singing.
Enter the lobby, the black and white floor tiles are spliced together, and the electronic bulletin board at the top updates the traffic information in real time. A public piano in the corner is for people to evacuate the anxious emotions, casually play a few times to relax the mood, perhaps inconspicuous passengers, but a master of fiddling with music.
On one side of the hall is a self-service ticket machine, silently delivering tickets to the eyes of passengers. The hall also has a two-story structure, and those who have enough time can go up the steps to find a private seat on the second floor, or have a drink, or have a good meal, be free and happy.
The meeting point streetscape consists of about 2,850 blocks, including 8 figures of different occupations and genders. The set is made entirely of realistic LEGO bricks by the author, so the colors and textures are very realistic.
For a better visual effect, the author also provided a set of additional lights for the finished product as decoration, which lit up the station and also lit up the front. However, the submitted version has no lights, and even if the set is eligible for listing, there is a high probability that there will be no built-in lights.
The set was selected at the end of September 2021, and as of this writing, it has exceeded 3,000 votes in just over half a month. Clever design, exquisite details, rich elements, it is not difficult to break through the 10,000 votes support. Friends of Street View lovers, friends who love this Street View, we wish it to meet us soon!
