On the morning of November 2, Ms. Wang Meng, a teacher and researcher of the Chinese subject of the Hunnan District Primary School, came to the Gemdale Campus of Hunnan No. 1 School to guide the middle-aged Chinese teaching, teaching and research.
Teacher Wang listened to three lessons successively: the third grade "Beautiful Little Xing'an Ridge" taught by Li Na, the fourth grade "Sparrow" taught by Shi Tianguan, and the fourth grade "Reading for the Rise of China" taught by Kong Xiangshu.
After listening to the class, Mr. Wang taught and researched with all the teachers who attended the class and listened to the class. Teacher Wang studied the classroom teaching links such as intensive study of lesson standards, in-depth lesson preparation, classroom presets and generation, combined with the above three lessons, and discussed with the teachers in depth.
Teacher Wang Meng evaluated the teaching of each teacher one by one: Teacher Li Na embodied the guidance of learning the Law in her teaching, and through the use of multimedia resources, let students better understand and feel the beauty of Xiaoxing'anling. Teacher Shi Tianguan helps students to deeply understand the content of the text by grasping words and sentences, and pays attention to the training of writing techniques while understanding the text. Through layers of progressive teaching, Mr. Kong Xiangshu let the children understand the reasons why Zhou Enlai worked hard to read for the rise of China.
In teaching and research, Teacher Wang particularly emphasized the establishment of teaching objectives and the application of teaching methods for each lesson, to meet the different learning needs of each child, and the differences of children are the basis for classroom teaching generation. At the same time, Teacher Wang fully affirmed the achievements of Hunnan No. 1 School in carrying out differential teaching, and encouraged young teachers to continue to grow in the teaching reform of deepening differences and improving quality!
