Dai Xianxue, male, with ancestral roots in Yinan, Shandong, was born on July 1, 1945 (May 22 in the lunar calendar). The Director of the Trade Union of the Cultural Bureau of Yinan County, graduated from a college and enlisted in March 1968 (from Yishui Normal University). He joined the Party on June 13, 1969, with a party membership of 55 years. He was rated as a model Communist Party member, a military transfer cadre, a national civil servant, and a top professional and technical talent who enjoys subsidies from the county government. Retired on June 25, 2007. After retirement, he worked as a traditional Chinese painting teacher at the Veterans University of the Chinese Navy Headquarters for 6 years, and taught for free in community calligraphy and painting classes for 12 years. He was awarded the title of Excellent Volunteer in Haidian District, Beijing.
