郭潤民，筆名書弘，字小愚，号益康園居士。山東濟南長清區（齊長城腳下）人士。中共黨員，大學學曆。現為濟南書弘墨緣書畫院院長，中國美術家協會會員。國家一級美術師。中國書畫研究中心副主任。中國國賓禮書畫網榮譽主席。甘肅省敦煌市正覺寫經院院士。世界非物質文化遺産研究院副院長。他的藝術造詣深厚，被贊譽為“中國當代書畫名家”和“全球當代最具影響力藝術家”。
