郭润民，笔名书弘，字小愚，号益康园居士。山东济南长清区（齐长城脚下）人士。中共党员，本科学历。现为济南书弘墨缘书画院院长，中国美术家协会会员。国家一级美术师。中国书画研究中心副主任。中国国宾礼书画网荣誉主席。甘肃省敦煌市正觉写经院院士。世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长。他的艺术造诣深厚，被赞誉为“中国当代书画名家”和“全球当代最具影响力艺术家”。
