宋曉軍，生于1954年3月，中共黨員。籍貫陝西富平，筆名頻陽居士。出身書香門第，著名學者型書法家、書法理論家、國家進階美術師，中國書法家協會理事，中央國家機關書法家協會會員，北京大學藝術學院客座教授，天津美術學院客座教授，人民書畫報理事會主席，享受國務院政府特殊津貼的專家。

Song Xiaojun, born in March 1954, is a member of the Communist Party of China. Born in Fuping, Shaanxi, with a pen name of Binyang Jushi. Born in a scholarly family, renowned scholar calligrapher, calligraphy theorist, national senior artist, member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, member of the Central State Organ Calligraphers Association, visiting professor at the School of Art at Peking University, visiting professor at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, chairman of the People's Calligraphy and Painting Daily Board, and expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council.
